Cons: Food is horrible, entertainment need improvement

Pros: My mother missed her flight from Shanghai international Pu airport to Harare yesterday due to language barrier. And we requested for her to be put on the next flight. Only to be told with Ethopian Airline to pay $US1850 for a one way flight which was more expensive than itinial flight. She slept at the airport weeping not knowing who and how to contact anyone in a foreign country and noone cared. Instead we were told to pay the 1850 or else she would be stuck for more days at the airport

Pros: The flight delayed over 2 hours and there is no faculties to help my transferring. No one took care of my hospitality

Pros: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

Cons: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Cons: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Pros: Crew were very nice. Especially Pan (don't know his last name). Food was good, too. I appreciated having movies to watch from the screen on the seat in front of me.

Cons: Too much turbulence! It was quite uncomfortable for a long time. There were not enough comforting announcements from the flight deck to explain it. Crew members need practice in pronouncing English, and louder. Crew volume was too low compared to captain. American movie selection was too limited.

Cons: The flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50pm and it didn't take off until midnight. The many delays appeared poorly handled and communicated, and I spent an hour on the runway before takeoff.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big.
