Pros: Everything was fine except I ordered an aisle seat and was given a middle seat instead. The person who did get aisle played a war game for my territory with his arns over the arm rest and his refusal to get up whem the window person needed out. Next tine I will demand my aisle purchase is hononored

Pros: Aeromexico is one of my favorite airlines. I like everything overall.

Cons: Honestly, in most airlines I have had traveled, there is a small thing to improve. The arm rests are very a uncomfortable.

Cons: Flight landed and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes. Need to better schedule gate availability in Mexico City.

Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Cons: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Pros: Nassau security line was quick. US Customs line was quick.

Cons: The Delta line to drop my bags was long and unorganized. The ticket agents were moving in slow motion. I waited over an hour to drop my bag. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Cons: movie selection could have been better.

Pros: Crew was quick to help.

Cons: long flight -- 2nd cup of coffee

Pros: Flight was good and crew were good. Nothing very outstanding but by no means a terrible flight.

Cons: The in flight screens weren't working well.

Pros: The crew was very professional and attentive.

Cons: Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.

Pros: The crew was very nice. The price was good.

Cons: That was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had to fly in. I’m on 5’7 and I was really stuck. Luckily the guy sitting next to me was my same size. I feel bad for someone who’s tall or large. No WiFi and you couldn’t charge your phone. Also the tray table was broken and my drink kept spilling on me.

Pros: Movie selection was excellent. The package of peanuts was pretty small.

Cons: package of peanuts was very very small. I think for a flight of that length, a larger snack would be appropriate

Cons: Waited on tarmac in Mexico Cory for 50 minutes to park the plane

Pros: Crew nailed it. Came by not just for food and drinks but also frequently enough to collect trash/plates/empty cups.

Cons: Every time I fly from Brazil to USA and back I always can carry to luggage of 23kg in American Airlines but this company only allows 1 luggage and they charge me 90 dollars for the second one that’s bad

Cons: Everything. The most horrrble experience. Delayed for 2 hours of which 1 was spent in a motionless plane. Hot, no AC,no water, no food, and all because of their mistake

Pros: Aeromexico’s service during check in and boarding is the worst I’ve experienced so far. They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days.

Cons: Make it to the airport 4 hrs earlier, 3 is not enough at least at the Mx city airport

Pros: The seat wasn’t fine but the person next to me was taking more space he was older with disabilities so it was understandable. Overall was ok.

They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days.

Cons: Literally everything needs some serious improvement — delays like crazy, the crew leaves you clueless, the customer care is horrendous.

Cons: This is insulting. I watched my flight pull off from the gate and was then asked to stay at a Holiday Inn. I spent thousands of dollars on my flight, then was forced to spend another $950 on a hotel, food, etc. I was supposed to be home 5 hours ago and still haven’t taken off.
