We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Staff could have been friendlier and offered drinks more often

The crew checked the immigration laws very quickly for Russian citizenship and confirmed our FVTF for Singapore for 96 hrs. Thank you.

Crew were unfriendly, touch screen for movies didn't work very well, seats were tight and uncomfortable

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.

To be prepared for being treated with disrespect by the ground crew.

Awful seating. Bad food. Staff only have one bottle of water and no cans.

Luggage never made it it’s been 2 days and no proper update

I had ordered gluten free vegetarian but I got chicken instead. I wasn’t able to eat the meal. It’s hard not having food to eat when it’s an international flight. I don’t want to complain but when it’s a 14 hours flight. It would be nice to have something to eat.
