First of all we couldn’t check in online, then we learn at the airport we were on stand by for KLM’s mistake of overbooking. The seats were not comfy at all. Our luggage got lost.

Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.

Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.

Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality

We had a long delay leaving IOM. No food or drunk service as it is a short flight. Shuttled by bus from terminal to plane with packed in conditions on bus.

Overall it was good experience and it was my first trip with Aer Lingus. One thing I was embarrassed was that someone occupied my seat so I was asked to use another seat. Due to this unhappy happening I almost missed the connecting flight because the random seat was far from the flight door. Food was fine, I liked the macaroni and cheese with fresh bread.

The space between seats has reduced even further making it extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't even open the tray table properly or got compressed the moment the front guy reclined.

The seat pitch was a little tight for me, but I survived. There was a volatile, enraged passenger a couple of rows ahead of me and the cabin crew defused and resolved the situation calmly, quickly, and successfully.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

I got caught using a stolen credit card number. Michelle Siziba is my name Nice to London Gatwick on 7/31/25.

Not happy with price of luggage or that we had no choice but to pay whether cabin or hold. I didn't book seats but this is unnecessary extra money along with suitcase

We accidentally purchased twice the bags we needed. Our fault, but the ticket was not clear to us, and it asked us to purchase bags at checkin. When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.

sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!

This was our first time using them. I gave okay ratings for food and entertainment because it was minimal or not provided so I couldn't judge, but much better than most budget carriers we have ever used.

We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.

Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.

There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?

I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
