Very good except for the boarding process which was more hectic than it should have been

My flights with Aer Lingus were very good and I will definitely fly with them. Again in future trips to Ireland and Scotland.

Terrible leg room - I’m 5’3” and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. When the person sitting in front of me leaned back, there was about 15 inches of space between my head and the TV screen which made it awkward to view movies. Last year they had decent food, but this year the only tasty item on the trip was dessert.

The flight from Cincinnati to Philadelphia was satisfactory and uneventful.

It was fine. Not worth the premium price. Overhead bins were so high I could barely reach and no crew offered to help me. Average food. Lounge in Dublin - 51st and green- absolutely appalling. Plagued with hordes of flies, dirty, meager food and beverages. Shameful.

Best travel day I've had in a long time. Everything went perfectly, no delays. 10 out of 10

Seat is business could have been a lot cleaner, but space was nice and seat was comfortable

Poor check-in experience in Manchester. Delayed boarding and check-in agent never explained how to transfer in NYC to JetBlue.

We had a long delay leaving IOM. No food or drunk service as it is a short flight. Shuttled by bus from terminal to plane with packed in conditions on bus.
