Tivat airport was really terrible, but the flight was excellent
Kayak told me in the morning that the 16.40 flight would be late! It arrived late to pick us up and arrived at Manchester 35 minutes late. We then had to wait quite a while for the luggage to come through. Missed our train because of this!
Apart from the 3 hour delay, the flight was fine. The seats could have been a little more comfortable, but the staff were great! The seats are not as functional - removing the place to put your book / tablet is a real inconvenience. The food choices could be a little more varied / healthy.
Meals could improve Very plain and poor quality. I wouldn't mind payın more for better.
Seat spacing good ( I am tall), very friendly and competent cabin crew. Good updates from flight deck. Excellent boarding and disembarcation
Waiting for 2 people to come through security that delayed the flight. Everyone else made it on time, should have left without them. Flight was cold.
Crew was nice. Plane was crowded, Seats wouldn’t lean back. No free treats or drinks (not even water).
The flight was over an hour late taking off. Air traffic control on the outward flight caused the delay. Horrendous passport queue at Malaga. Families with children must dread it. Another Brexit negative
They are organised and customer service is so good from arriving at the airport until finally landing at your destination. The experience is a million times better than travel with Ryanair.
The plane was late in so we were late leaving. The plane had been cleaned and was tidy, the staff were welcoming. Our standard seat had good legroom but after an hour or so of sitting, the Seat started to feel uncomfortable. We didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that and there was no entertainment available. We did buy some duty-free goods and the prices are good. We made up the lost time and landed slightly early.
3 hours delay, little communication, no refreshments provided despite legal requirements
On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.
Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!
Sadly the experience with the airline is worse one ever. Starting from the state of the inside that was filthy that flies was flying around our legs. The food is expensive than a restaurant, imagine a family of 4 spending almost £50 for just sandwich of bread and ham no tomatoes and lettuce in it and a small container of crips that is not up to 20 pieces and a can of coke or Pepsi, and unfortunately that is a person ffour hours pay of work before tax. I know the blame will go to high cost of living but even at that the price is too much.
flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Easy short trip from Faro to Cardiff. Exceptional staff. Early landing and straight through airport in 15 minutes from touch down.
Seats are very small, I’m not a big person, but the person beside me was using his seat and half of mine… and this person was a bit gross but not a lot…
Cardiff is a great airport but they pen you in at a gate way too small for passenger numbers. Called to the gate too soon and air conditioning was not in operation despite the heat. Cardiff should do better as a small relatively quiet regional airport.

The workers checking passengers from the boarding gate stole money from people whose luggage was perfectly fitting inside the carry-on sizer.
Whole way through - far more professional and slick than I expected
Good news was that Bag Check was open two and a half hours before the flight, which is essential with the chaotic immigration process. Flight was okay, but sitting at the back of the aircraft, 3 overhead bins on both sides were filled with crew bags and other misc items, so we couldn't put our cabin bags anywhere near us. To add insult, twice the crew managed to drop items that they were taking out of the overhead bins onto my wife's head, who was sitting in an aisle seat.
You need to make signage at Berlin Airport clearer. Having checked in online we had our boarding passes onlour phones. You do not make it clear that you need to check in again to receive a printed luggage tag. You get to baggage drop off and it says you can only do it with a luggage tag BUT not how to get this.
The true is that travel from London to Faro on 11/12/2025 by BA was cancelled, so I did not go to Faro, so i did not board easy flight. The mediocre qualification to you was because even when i bought an insurance, i could not change date neither obtain reimbursement. It could be ideal if you do something in order for me not to lose the purchase Thank you

Comfort isn’t a word one uses on economy airlines! Boarding was okay, delayed but okay, the flight was good, quick and time was made up.
With stairs on a rainy tarmac, EasyJet flights are ok for younger travelers with backpack only. Seniors with mobility issues find it challenging 😰. However, the crew and disability assistance folks at both ends eased that discomfort as much as possible for their various roles. Kudos to airport and EasyJet employees for their kind service.
The flight boarded a little late but made up the time in flight - much appreciated. The staff were efficient and fairly friendly One of the toilets wasn’t working - having only one functioning toilet for a flight of hundreds isn’t really acceptable. I still find it amazing that the budget airlines can’t even offer free tap water to passengers.
First time flying with them! Loved it! Specially the schedule from Miami and being able to come back directly to New Orleans :)
The boarding was a mess as there was another document check in the small congested area after the stairs at the gate. No food is offered for Economy travelers except for a cookie and a small water bottle. No entertainment is available since it’s a short flight. But at least the seat reclined as opposed to my flight to Faro.
The transit at Heathrow was an absolute and total nightmare. Absolutely gut wrenchingly horrible and scary. Embarrassing that their National air carrier cannot figure a half decent experience for passengers to transit via London. Shameful.
I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.
It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.
The flight was fine but they made me pay for my carryon bag because they said it was too big at the counter. But it fit under the seat just fine.
Outdated from start to finish. Good was inedible, choice was very poor. They don’t seem to care
I never got the flight. Someone hacked your information and sold me a fake flight. Didn't know this till I tried to check in and was told the flight didn't exsist and it was a fraudulent ticket. I'm not sure how to get this fixed but I had to pay $1500 to book a last minute flight. I understand that this was not Kayak company that sold me a fake flight but I was sold a fake flight based on my booking with Kayak. I ended up having to pay for an extra night hotel stay. I guess I need to start by contacting someone at kayak to get this resolved. My bank has stopped all bank transactions because of it.
Every flight was delayed. They lost our luggage for days.
I liked the attention to detail also they made sure to ask you if you needed anything.
Shocking. Faults with the plane in both directions which caused delays with no compensation
Very efficient boarding. Plane lready for take ooff10 minutes before time.
Great crew. Seats do not recline :( but it is budget so i should have known. Otherwise comfy leather chair. Slight slim chair but again budget so expected. No entertainment do makes journey boring. Recommend packing plenty of snacks and games or download plenty of films and music in your device. Staff excellent. Clean flight. On time.
Both of my flights had issues with their time slot with air traffic control, so they left over an hour late and the flight back to London was delayed by over an hour. Please provide more clarity about baggage requirements on booking sites, your website and within the app. I had to pay for extra bags at the airport when departing London, because they didn ’t specify that your carry on bag can only be a backpack and not a trolley, my trolley bag fit the size requirements of the backpack but still I was made to pay

It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.
Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.
