I liked my seat and the food
I did not like the cleanliness of the bathroom I did not like their entertainment I did not like that the flight attendants were bickering at each other not professional at all
Same issues as my trip to Chicago, but this was a shorter duration so issues not as problematic
That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much
1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience.

Service was horrible. Flight got delayed by 10 hours and staff expected us to wait at the gate till the next flight.
The flight was delayed over an hour to wait for a flight that had some connecting passengers-the delay caused me to miss my connection on the other side. I expect a full fligjtvto prioritize the paying customers who are already present, most of whom had connections to make. When I requested help rebooking my connecting flight in LAX, they gave me (rudely) a QR code and a “certificate” (piece of paper) that said the flight was delayed. The QR code was to check for updates for the delayed flight (useless) and the “certificate was not a help at all for rebooking my domestic connection on the other side. The flight was so late that there were no more flights out to my destination, so I ended up paying for a hotel and change fee $175+ to book a flight first thing next miening. Both the hotel and SWAir said that certificate was meaningless. Our flight over was bad too-very rude personnel at the desk, and stressed out flight attendants...miserable experience both times-never again. We pre-selected seats and both times we were separated. Save your money and pay more for an airline that has customer service because it will end up costing you more in the long run.
The flight was delayed by 5 hours! The crew does not speak good English, the announcements were very difficult to understand. The crew was also not very polite in their mannerisms. They lacked professionalism in the way they conducted themselves. They seemed stressed and impatient.
