Boarding procedure should have the crew and personnel who are more trained, in a sense of precisely knowing what can be done and what cannot. They do not have the exact information on what you should do in the first place, also the boarding itself was slightly delayed due to the aircraft "not being ready".

I had to prove that I went to Germany on United Very concerned about security that no one recorded my passport from Cleveland to NY and NY to Frankfurt I arrived at home at 12:30am on Saturday instead of 8pm I expect a full refund from United Please provide information to assure compensation

I paid for extra legroom which made the long flight very comfortable. Food was very tasty, they fed us 2 meals plus a cookie snack and extra liquids. Checked luggage is expensive.

We were rebooked twice to the point that we didn’t even fly Lufthansa that day. We apparently though had to pay Lufthansa’s baggage fees for our sports luggage. The United Airlines Counter in Anchorage charged us for oversized bags, not sports luggage and told us it was Lufthansa’s fees. How is this possible?
