Pros: My flight was delayed four hours, so I missed my connection to Sofia and had to re-book for two connecting flights instead of one, which makes for a long, tiring trip.

Cons: I understand the delay due to weather conditions, but I wish I was rebooked for one, not two connecting flights. Now, instead of flying directly to Sofia from Frankfurt, I have to go to Munich first and then to Sofia, which makes my trip 9 hours longer

Pros: The crew was really wonderful. They went the extra mile- pun intended- to make sure me and my family were comfortable. They were especially kind to my daughter. The plane was also great, very clean and well equipped. The 8 hours from Munich to JFK flew by very quickly.

Cons: Staff hurrying us up 40 minutes before departing and threatening to take our bags out of the plane in case we didn’t board then. I had to leave my coffee and run.

Cons: The flight was a bit delayed, but the airline handled it incredibly well. I was put up in a great hotel with good free food and caught another flight the next morning.

Pros: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Cons: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Pros: Considering I'm still in Zurich since they rescheduled my flight for the next day I would say there is nothing positive to say at this point.

Cons: Due to over booking they did not wait for connecting flight and instead bumped me onto the next day flight so I would say they could have been more honest in their dealing.

Pros: I was in business class and it was great. The staff the food and the seats were awesome.

Cons: I booked through Kayak and when I arrived at the airport Swiss air had no seat available for me. I was forced to upgrade to ensure a seat.

Pros: I never made the connection because the flight was cancelled. I liked nothing about the flight and to boot I got sick because I was up for over 40 hours straight... 11 of them spent in Customer Service line.

Pros: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!

Cons: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!
