Amazing crew, safe and clean plane. Downsides were related to WiFi that only worked 3h in a 12h flight and I paid for entire flight and the food that was too intense, nothing clean to eat. Route was a little bumpy during most of the time.

Amazing crew, safe and clean plane. Downsides were related to WiFi that only worked 3h in a 12h flight and I paid for entire flight and the food that was too intense, nothing clean to eat. Route was a little bumpy during most of the time.

Finnair was ok. But some things were pretty bad: 1. Crew was not friendly, especially a crew member named, Maria. She woke me up while I was deep asleep by force just to let me know that 2 people can’t be on the same seat (my toddler and me) for sleeping. 2. There was no vegetarian option in the menu so I had to eat bread for one meal 3. They didn’t have an option for child meal

The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.

Late, dirty cabin, charging ports broken, uncomfortable, no tomato juice, barely edible food

The crew was friendly, and the flight landed on time

Positive: It was refreshingly easy and polite check-in and boarding staff. Flight was on time and Helsinki is a very well-signposted airport. Shopping was nice as well. Flight was not full and I had lots of space in economy. Flight was perfectly on time. Negative: Food and drink not very good, but that it is normal on any airline. Didn't expect anything else.

Very good seat, very comfortable, good food, and good service.

It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.

Arriving at Heathrow was a complete disaster because air bridge broke down and it took ages to find spare stairs! Something that I'd kick Heathrow in the shins for, not Finnair - who were great.
