Pros: The only positive aspect of last night's flight was the helpful, friendly crew.

Cons: When eventually called to the departure gate we were around an hour and a half delayed so 8.30pm rather than 7pm. We queued along a corridor down a stair case and into the gate itself. It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option.

Pros: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Cons: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Pros: Price. Efficiency

Cons: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress

Cons: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Cons: London train cancellations made us late to check in--35 minutes before departure. Easy Jet requires check-in no later than 40 minutes before departure. We were denied boarding and no refund for our two tickets.

Cons: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Pros: On time, clean on the plane.

Cons: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Cons: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Pros: Didn't check in online before getting to the airport and could not get on my plane because they sold my seat. Agents didn't even try to help or care. Had to buy another ticket for full price so made the trip very expensive in the end. Not worth the discount!

Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Cons: I was not allowed my hand luggage on in the cabin on the trip down or return as was told the cabin was full. That is would go in the hold but it would be first off. So many people came on after me with much larger hand luggage! Also my bag was last into baggage reclaim both times

Pros: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Pros: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Cons: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Pros: Pilot got us there in less than an hour after a three hour delay

Cons: Three hour delay with no explanation until we were actually on the flight. Only a £3 refreshment voucher. Couldn't hear cabin crew and they rushed through the food service. Looked like they didn't want to be there.
