There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
The staff were so very cheerful and happy! It really made my day to encounter such chipper folks throughout my journey
Boarding was quick and easy, the flight was on time. Food and water were extra costs.
I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.
Online check-in was not possible, apparently due to connecting flight with LH. Check-in agent helpful but not efficient. Flight comfort okay, but zero service, not even water on a 2+ hour flight. Bag delayed at destination.
Food is delicious I’ve tried Thai green chicken curry and it was perfect!
The row of seats were so cramped it was difficult to get in and out of your seat. I even upgraded. A long flight and sad accommodations 😵💫 the shorter flight was very comfortable and the seating was spacious
We had a 1 1/2 hour delay before we left Denver. When we arrive to Frankfort, they didn’t announce that people with connecting flights to exit the plane first. My next flight was already boarding when we we taxiing in to the gate. I waited another 10 minutes to get off the plane. I had to run to catch my next flight. I mean run! I made it with one minute to spare, but my luggage did not. My luggage came two hours later on a different flight.
No leg room! Either too hot or cold with these guys!
Very easy check in at 4 am! I slept most of the flight. Great having two empty seats next to me!
I never made my flight. Taxi was 15th minutes late. Dropped me off at the wrong end of the airport. The line for checking was long and there was only 2 agents checking people in. Customs was extra long. Missed my flight by 5 minutes. Had to buy a new ticket with Royal Air Moroc and spent 28 hours in the airport. Got a message from Air Arabia Moroc that my bags were to be picked up at carousel 42 in Barcelona. Got to Barcelona 30 hrs later to find out that my bags were in Casablanca. I'm presently in NYC and my bags are still in Casablanca . No one has been able to help me.

My flight was cancelled through airbian morrocco 15 hours really this is unbelievable, it supposed to change to other airlines without waiting 15 hours.. Thanks
At check-in we were informed that data related to the bags we purchased through Kayak website didn't "follow" and we were requested to pay again for bags we had already booked online. The staff was extremely unhelpful, pretending that they "do not know Kayak and do not work with them". In the end we had to pay 50 € for one carry-on bag, which was something totally unheard of to me. We complained to Air Arabia at the arrival in Casablanca but hey did not follow up in any way. I recommend paying more and flying Royal Air Maroc to Morocco, where such things never happen.
