As domeone who suffers epilepsy and cancer and other health issues it was unpleasant sitting amidst lots of noisy children. I asked hostess if there were two seats up front was told “absolutely not” during flight i went and sat at back on crews seat just to make it easier was told to get off not permitted. Then i gave up. I fly a lot for work but wont be flying Thai again. Sorry disappointing. Ps I told crew member anout health issues and she was not interested. So cheers."

Cons: "After this flight - HK to TLV- I decided to avoid El-Al as much as I can (I fly a lot and have matmid). The year is 2018 and there is no justification for an 11-hour flight with no entertainment. I believe that even the airlines of Nigeria or Sudan already have entertainment on their flights. I take long flights often but usually I sleep on the flight. This time I was awake and it was a horrible experience to fly for so long with absolutely no entertainment. So pathetic in comparison to Turkish Airlines for example which has great entertainment on all its flights. Or even to the selection on the El-Al Dreamliner, which I took on the way to HK and which was really nice. Honestly, I was really ashamed to be Israeli and to be El Al matmid member after this flight, are we so backward that we should be OK with not having the most basic comfort that people in the modern world expect on a long flight?"

Cons: "So i was forced to cancel the second leg as well. They offered me to modify the booking for a 100$ fee + fare difference which was 460$. This was for a ticket which I already had which cost me 390$ for a return trip. I opted to cancel my reservation. The cancellation fee was 170$ and I was refunded 220$. I bought a different return flight, on the same day, from easyjet for 90$. a very bad experience."

Pros: "Security is top notch. The ones questioning you never take their eyes off of you. They are expertly trained to find terrorists. They do what they have to to keep you safe. They board early in order to leave on time. Staff was very attentive."
Cons: "The handle on my aisle is supposed to lift out, but had been damaged, and I could not lift it. Somebody before me yanked out the TV controller from it's wire and it was not fixed.."

Pros: "It was FREEZING. I have never experienced. The like on any airline. It was like sitting in a refrigerator for five hours- made it a very uncomfortable flight."
