Was not able to board flight because boarding pass name did not match passport name and no one caught it.

Good good, good seat, good entertainment system. Customer service is good but can be more polished if CX charges a premium price.

Frequently flyer number should and could have been put on at the time of booking as I gave the number when booking.

The crew and the food were excellent. The plane was kept quite clean.

I liked the service. The touch screen needs improvement as well as movie choices.

My only suggestion is a way to not be woken up for food. … like maybe something you can place on you if you’d prefer to miss food than be woken up

In economy, very cramped. Once the front seat was reclined it was almost impossible to get in and out of our seat. The personnel was excellent.

Selected ovo lacto meal because I’m ok with milk products but not any meat. It was terrible. We had the same selection back in October when we had traveled and it was pretty good at that time. It was gross this time.

See previous answers. Also food options limited, entertainment difficult to use and did not work properly, lay flat bed is quite big but very hard and uncomfortable

Flight from Hong Kong to LAX was late, the plane was grubby, overcrowded and hot. I recently flew Starlux and that was a MUCH better experience.
