Cons: The basic economy was snug but I was okay with it. I only wished my seat reclined a bit further but I was up against a back wall so others in further aisles up had much better reclining distance.

Cons: Flight hub tried to sell me a Visa to go to Bangkok! Since you are in the travel business I would have thought that they would know that citizens of the USA do not need a visa to go to Thailand! The email your partner company sent me was strongly adamant that I needed a visa before being allowed to travel! I knew better that this was a scare tactic to make money! But many people probably wouldn’t know. I’m surprised that Kayak would be apart of something like this! Hmmm!

Cons: Food wasn't great and didn't get the option to pic something not allergy inducing. The chairs were very uncomfortable with no back support or head padding.

Pros: Crew were great and very attentive. Very much improved from experience 8 years ago and given the service, comfort and value would definitely repeat.
