The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own

Boarding was fairly chaotic. One of your employees clipped my ankle as he was passing with an empty wheelchair and not only did not apologize but stated something to the effect of “oh forGod’s sake.” There was plenty of room for him to pass. otherwise, everything was excellent.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to board from London to accra. Had to get there an hour before and almost missed the flight. Did not get enough rest time at the lounge

I love British Airlines but I think it’s time for a change.My seat was occupied by very large passengers sitting next to me,I felt very uncomfortable and very bad.I’m sorry but I have to say it.

My seat was broken and unable to fully recline. My USB power point was not working and nor was the one next to me. It made a 12 hour flight feel a lot longer.

It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.

If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.
