Everything is smooth and good. While cabin crew didn't wake me up for food. When I got up I asked for my meal then they simply replied I was sleep due to that reason they did not wake me up. In that case I suggest they must keep stickers to place on top wake up or DnD.

Offboarding in Dubai was a bit confusing. The bus dropped us off, we passed the security, and then we were again in departure, no clue, no guidance on where to get our luggage

The plane was old so the entertainment system was difficult to operate. The crew did advise earlier. The plane was landed and parked away from the gates, which added 20+ mins to the overall arrival

Emirates need to improve the boarding process. There is no point calling for all First and Business Class passengers plus Platinum, Gold and Silver Skywards members at one time. Further to this, try channeling all these people into one entry point with no defined lines. It was chaos. The is a common issue on the Dubai to Riyadh flight. Poor effort Emirates.

Everything I was good except food quality is very poor

The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

‏One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.

Very good in business class but not so good in economy.

Long wait transit service wasn’t good also I couldn’t check in online never happened me before other websites

Horrible, by all accounts. Delays, lack of communication, just horrible.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of airline, they destroyed my baby’s baby stroller, that cost more than 2000$,the seats in a 13 hour flight was broken,so I definitely not recommend that airline for other people

I recently flew with Saudi Arabian Airlines, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout the journey. Check-in was smooth and well-organized, and boarding was efficient and on time. The cabin was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of legroom and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The in-flight service was top-notch — meals were delicious and offered with generous portions, and the crew made sure every passenger was well taken care of. I also appreciated the wide range of entertainment options, including movies, music, and TV shows in multiple languages. The flight was punctual, and the overall experience reflected the airline’s strong commitment to hospitality and passenger satisfaction. Without a doubt, I’d highly recommend Saudia to anyone traveling within the region or internationally. Their service quality easily matches — and often surpasses — many top global airlines. I’m looking forward to flying with them again! ⸻ Would you like me to tailor it for a specific flight route or class (e.g., Economy, Business, Jeddah–Washington DC)? I can make it sound even more personal or detailed.

Damage lagguage, They lost the stroller and car seat which they found after 4 days, and on the way back they damaged the stroller.

Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.

It is almost 7 hours journey ,you should have provided with TV entertainment and mobile charging

I think the staff was short. Being Vegan, I ordered a custom meal. The meal was not provided both two ways. I assume they forgot. They were short on staff. It was taking for ever to provide service. people were getting restless.

Behaviour of the staff very unprofessional. Choice of accepting Tea and coffee was only at the time of recieving meal. I requested if I can have tea later. Response I got was" I am going to sleep after serving food, either take it or will not be served letter". Few hours later I saw many passengers getting to kitchen and getting a cup of tea.

I have paid extra money for my special meal service but I received the the local food. Which is not acceptable.

Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.

Amazing business class in a single aisle plane. Fully flat seats, pyjamas, amenity kits, all in all a really complete product. Service was good - not amazing - but they did a good job. Got a few hours sleep. Will fly with them again if I can.

The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. However, they failed to provide any clear explanation of what was wrong. After an extended wait of 45 minutes, the issue was resolved, and we were finally issued our boarding passes. Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.

Food could have been better Entertainment was absent even in Business Class

Gulfair were on top form and everything went as planned

Aircraft was new and comfertable .on time. Cabin crews, which I got english language pronounce was very difficult to understand .ovee all ok flight

all good. crew wasnt attentive to the announcements they were making about the flight. made several mistakes at several tines while announcing destination, arrival time. first officer made this mistake too.

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Kind regards, Mohammed Sent from my iPhone

I paid for the services but when I reached the gate there are only few chairs ( around 12)!! This is not accepted. Also the female employer delyed me just to check the weight of my family bags ( so that bags do not overweight 10 kg). One bag was only 6 kg while another was 11.9 kg so she refused to let me pass until I reduced the 1.9 exra kg and transfer it to the 6 kg bag!! I told her all emplyers are understanding and make a total! You shoud teach yr employers how to behave in such situation. Thanks.

It was a horrible experience that I hope not to try it again. Rude stuff Poor food Always delayed schedules Lost baggages

Friendly staff from check in until the crew very helpful and smooth

Departed late Arrived about 40 minutes late The plane parked at the domestic terminal requiring transfer back to international arrivals

Poor airlines no infotainment system no food not even water was offered… absolutely not recommended! Nasmiles was not counted couldnt log in flynas app ! The app doesnt work with booking PNR! Please dont fly on these pathetic budget airlines!

Overall a poor experience…. No infotainment system no charging port no food was offered! Not recommended

It was hot inside as the air conditioner was not working and the crew members were not courteous

the seat you book will always be taken by someone else..…

Nothing The flight delayed for more than 3 hours as usual

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

I booked a seat for an extra SR 50 per passenger. On the diagram, these were special seats with better leg-room and early exit. Upon boarding I was shocked that there is NO difference what so ever

The seats of the plane were not reclinable. Even if a low cost company, I think this should be possible as the flight is almost 4 hours. There were constant queues at the front toilet throughout the flight. I am not sure why, or if it was because one of the toilets at the backwere not functioning.

Departed and arrived late. Luggage takes too long to arrive after landing.

Honestly, we did boarding on time. we have stayed almost 2 hours inside an airplane without notification from captain or crew.

Mother had a wheel chair (WC), left at the gate, at boarding I told the person we need a WC. Didn’t care much, opened boarding, not priority for elder or traveling with kids. The person boarding told me it is “my fault”, “I didn’t tell them” (which I did, plus it is on their system). In short, rude boarding personnel at gate, racists, and careless. I am not sure they are airline personnel or Jeddah airport personnel, to be honest. Regardless that messed up our experience.

This is not the first time this has happened to me, and the flight date has changed, and I was informed only 24 hours before it. It was a very bad experience, and I will not book with this company again, as it affects my plans.

تم الغاء الرحلة بدون سبب ومع معرفتهم بعدم وجود رحلات أخرى قبل يوم الرحلة ونفس اليوم ويومين بعدها مع الخطوط الاخرى

Flyadeal was nice surprise. It was excellent airline affordable 👍 big thumb up . I wish you more success

Boarding staff is changing passenger locations regardless of the money you pay during reservation. They do not respect women and specially when pregnant. Very bad airlines and bad staff. It will be on my blacklist onwards!!

They took our bags at the door of the plane stating that the cabin was full. Then we waited over 39 min for getting the bags from baggage claim. Flight was late This is usual for flyadeal . Very bad experience again
