  • Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) is situated 3.5 miles east of Kathmandu's city centre. A simple way to get from the city centre to the airport is to hire a car. You can do this from TIA Rentals or Avis. Both agents have dedicated parking spaces in the airport’s main car park.
  • You can also book a pre-paid taxi, where you can pay for your trip in advance and be dropped off right outside the departure terminal entrance. The pre-paid taxi desk is located just after the entrance security check.
  • There are one-stop and two-stop flights for this route, with more frequent flights on weekdays than on weekends. The stops for this route include Doha Hamad International Airport (DOH), Istanbul (IST), New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). You can collect your pre-booked car hire from one of the several globally recognised car hire companies, such as Enterprise, Avis or Budget, and drive the roughly 17min route. You could also catch a taxi from Car Park 1, on the ground floor.
  • You might prefer to make use of public transport. Catch a bus any time, as Manchester Airport is linked to the city centre by a 24-hour Stagecoach bus service. The buses are run by Megabus UK and take about 30min.

Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.

Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.

Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours

One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.

Very pleasant. The crews are very nice.Food were excellent.

They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers

Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

The boarding process was smooth and the stewardesses were nice. Some delays with drinks at the end of the flight, but no issues.

Excellent comfort and entertainment. Service poor..Food average with little choice.

Very efficient and professional staff. Food was good and so was entertainment selection.

Plane was good Crew was good Food was just ok Could have had more entertainment options But overall good

Initial booking was confusing and had to get new CC issued.

As good as you can expect an economy flight from Europe to Australia to be. Nothing agains Qatar, just feels like every new generation of plane gets tighter.

Lobster starter in business class was not good, tough, served cold, and without butter. Movie selection was missing latest releases, did not offer older classic, high quality movies

My entire row did not have power for the full duration of a 14.5 hour flight. Could not charge any devices such as laptop or phones for the entirety of the long flight. The flight attendants tried to remedy the issue by resetting the power, but were not successful. The only other solution provided was to move me to another seat on the plane which was in the middle row. I had paid for a “preferred” seat that was a window seat. This was a downgrade being offered due to the power issue.

I would love the entertainment center to be updated with more content. The flight to Doha had more options than the one to Miami

Reason for travelling Tampa to Orlando is to fly Qatar Airline. we end up with American Airline. This was the miserable experience I ever had in my entire travel history. Flight attendants were rude. They hit my knee with the food cart and I was holding ice pack for 2 hours. I still have the pain after a week. WE boarded the flight twice because of the temperature inside the plan.

First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.
