I would have thought it would be quite easy to confirm the person without them having the receipt as the their name and seat number is on the receipt but he had to go back and check if it was okay. - Found it hard to sleep on the overnight flight due to uncomfortable seats. Would probably not be an issue in upper class. - No comment on entertainment as did not use it."

Cons: "I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

Cons: "The planes are old and tired, new 787s on this route are long overdue. Thomson's premium service is an improved offering over Virgin and offers more inclusive extras such as lounge access. There is no wonder wall on the 747 only a wonder "basket" If you are flying from Gatwick, upgrading to premium isn't worth it. Go to upper class or fly with another airline. Check in was quicker for Economy passengers and it proved a challenge to work past the economy passengers during boarding to get to the premium agent."

It was hot and stuffy in board, the head rest kept slipping down and hurt my neck the legroom was tiny and cramped my knees and feet. Mine wasn't working well so I had to repeat pressing my screen the entertainment selection was lame. The food was stodgy undercooked glutinous and bland. The snacks were stale and the tiny drink servings were almost pointless. Clint think I'll fly Virgin australia again"

But for 9 hours...not good. The short hop down from ATL to MCO after was a blessed relief. Virgin, you have got to think a little more about your passengers asses. Also, having flown with just about every major transatlantic operator, including previous trips with Virgin, the knee room was not good. If you stretched out under the seat in front you were ok but draw your knees up... I wore short trousers for comfort and have sore points on my knees where they rubbed against the material of the chair in front."

Spent 30 minutes trying to find a number to someone at Delta to check in & select seat. I was in Australia & all Delta offices were closed because it was Sunday. Although I had an internationally calling plan, no calls to Delta US would go through. finally found someone through a back channel that would help me. We boarded an hour late, and staff would not answer any of our questions about what was going on or how late we would arrive (they sped up the fight so that we landed on time). Flight ran out of drinking WATER after the first service. Half of our section (Economy Plus) was skipped for snacks. An unruly child was allowed to scream for almost the entire flight & was running up & down the aisles. NOTHING was said to the parents by staff members. Was absolutely the worst behaving child with who I've had to fly."

One crewmember was in a foul mood, and due to the lavatory issue, refused to let anyone use the forward lavatory while she was doing drink service, even during an emergency."

Cons: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

The problem was, that even if we were asked for favor we had to wait for baggage drop off at boarding for one hour."

I felt like I had to coerce her for help or advice on what I should do with my situation and she didn’t really give me any beneficial help until right before my gate closed and my plane departed. As customer service, shouldn’t they offer help without having the customer feel like they need to convince the check in attendant to give them alternate solutions?"

We needed immediate assistance from a HUMAN BEING to change our reservation, that was impossible. We were forced to purchase new tickets, the cost was $2,500, we had to stay overnight in a nearby hotel, the cost was $220. We are returning one day later than planned all because we could not reach you."

Pros: "The process of helping me to get on the connecting flight on time - a person led all those making this particular connecting flight to a bus and then straight to the gate. A very smart way to ensure we didn't stress or have to find the gate ourselves. Very impressive"

Cons: "Flight attendants were rude, inattentive, and unhelpful. Made us put both carry-ons under our seats while other people had both carry-ons in overheads. Super uncomfortable flight and terrible experience."

Pros: "The live streaming of the NBA finals game on the flight was excellent."
Cons: "The check in process was incredibly inefficient. I have never had to wait so long to check in my bags. The attendants were chatting and laughing while not helping customers and customers were unfairly taken from the middle of the line to jump the queue."

Cons: "Broken chair would not stay reclined. TV screens need to be updated. The touch feature only works half the time. You have to keep tapping it. Temperature on the plane goes from freezing to hot. Very uncomfortable."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled due to WestJet reasons (plane was not safe to fly) the following evening the flight was supposed to depart at 7pm we didn’t take off until 10:37 pm causing an arrival of 940AM into London instead of 7:23AM primarily because the crew they chose for this new flight was coming from Montreal so we had to wait for them to arrive."

This is not the first time westjet has provided poor service on their international flights. Training if ground staff onsystems is poor. He guest services at tronto openly claimed they did lot know how to operate certain screens for transactions."

Cons: "On an 8 hour flight there’s no complimentary meal. I paid for a meal and it was worse than free plane food and starved for the rest of the trip. The chairs were horribly uncomfortable with no lower back support and we were not even given pillows and blankets. There was also no free entertainment. I rented a tablet and had it taken away an hour before landing while I was in the middle of a movie. I might have been ok with that if the flight attendant had politely asked for it back rather than rudely waving and pointing while I stared at her blankly trying to figure out what she wanted. Next time I’ll pay a bit more for an airline that respects its passengers and our comfort."

The best line was, "Our plane will be landed an hour earlier! But because London doesn't like it when we land early, we're going to wait here for a while on the tarmac so we make it there on time.""

Also, the food and especially the wine were excellent. The flight attendants were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend WestJet to anyone."
