Cons: "Avianca moved our flight from a mid-morning flight to 2:30 am, then 1:45 am, then the night before at 10:30 pm. We canceled the flight after the first change 4 months ago and still haven’t received our refund. Multiple calls and still getting nowhere."

Cons: "food was about what you'd expect from any airline these days; we did get wine though! Six across seating in an Airbus 319 makes for limited space (but again, that's all the airlines for planes of this size)."

Cons: "I was completely rerouted at the last minute to take 3 flights instead of just one and completely missed all of my other connections. Avianca forced to to travel for over 36 hours and continued to have all of my rerouted flights delayed. It was the worst travel experience of my life and i received no help or compensation for missing all of my other flights. All thy gave me was one stale muffin. I will never fly with this airline again."

Cons: "Entertainment only in Spanish is very poor for a long haul flight, as there were many English on board to Heathrow. When questioning this we were simply told it was technical, nothing could be done."

Pros: "The crew inside the plane was polite and helpful. Airplane was confortable. Breakfast was ok, no entertainment which was good because all I wanted was to sleep."
Cons: "Check in was very slow, even for the ones that were able to check in online. The crew in charge to check in was late. If they tell you to be three hours before your flight, they should be at their desks before that."

Cons: "Very uncomfortable seating, poor service. I asked for and extra cup of water and they said no! I mean it's a 6 hour flight and we took the red eye. I would expect to atleast have drinks. Overall staff was very rude. Service was very poor and slow. Plus the seating is extremely uncomfortable no leg room no offer to up sell first class. Terrible flight company would never use again or recommend ever! Stay away there are plenty of other ways to get to Colombia. One positive is they did have a decent movie selection honestly that's the only thing. Other then that this company does not even deserve one star I will make sure to tell all my friends family and social media to never use this company"

Pros: "Excellent flight. Seats were comfortable and well spaced. Each seat had an individual entertainment screen. Served juice and coffee on a one hour flight! Check in was easy and cabin crew friendly and professional. We will definitely fly Avianca again."

Pros: "The flight was cancelled at the last minute due to a broke plane in San Salvadore. However, the staff booked us on a flight with Copa Air. They were extreemly professional, kind and accomodating. Thank you very much. The Copa flight was outstanding service and comfort."
