My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Please serve no god if you must serve dog food
