Get more efficient check in staff. My boarding pass was printed with different name. My son who was traveling with me had his boarding pass printed in duplicate and we were interrogated like it was our fault that I may have lost my own boarding pass when the staff knew very well she just handled and tore the piece she need. This was with PAL.

Flight was delayed by hr and half, takeoff and climbing was frightening

Our big luggage never made it to Boston. Very crucial to get it ASAP as heart medication is in there.

Wish I got An email stating that I needed to check in at hawaiian even if I made my ticket thru alaska. I had to walk to terminal A from Terminal B.

Hire more people. It’s not my fault they don’t have enough pilots. THEY shortened my vacation, by changing the flights I booked. We sat on the tarmac for an hour. $35 for my checked bag, and then they wanted $75 MORE for me to pick my seat??? A tiny bag of pretzels on my connecting flight, with nothing on the first leg. Big deal. The people were great. Can’t deny that. But the way they do business, leaves a bit to be desired. They are just another airline.

Missed connection due to waiting on tarmac for gate. Rebooking took 30 minutes in line with 2 people in line in front. Horrible inefficient careless staff.

Tight legroom. The breakfast was provided, which was a plus, and okay the taste.

Awful. We got the last seats and they don't recline. We've been on this horrible journey since 6am and won't get to our destination almost a full day later. Oh and no food, either. Never again.

Customer service by Susan of Alaskan Air was outstanding. We missed our flight out of JFK. She got us rebooked the following day. Way to go Susan.

We boarded an hour and a half late because a coffee maker leaked in the plane. Then we had to wait for awhile to get off the plane because another plane was in our spot at the terminal. I had plans when I landed that I had to skip so it was pretty disappointing.

We moved from the international terminal to a new location. I think there are still some bugs to work out . We didn’t receive check in notification and had to scramble to find it but i think it will work out

Liked the crew. Seats were uncomfortable during the last few hours of the 11 hour flight. Better selection of movies .
