Lisbon Airport has a laid-back atmosphere, but navigating it efficiently requires some planning. If you’re taking an Uber, be aware that there’s only one entrance into the parking area, creating a bottleneck. It’s best to allow an extra 15-20 minutes to avoid any last-minute stress. If you’re flying with any airline other than TAP Air Portugal, be prepared to walk further inside the terminal. Also, don’t miss out on FastTrack – it’s a great perk across Europe, and Lisbon Airport offers it as well for a smoother experience

I recommend choosing a non-stop flight to Lisbon on one of the major carriers from a U.S. city thereby avoiding altogether a TAP flight to or from London.

Make sure you have plenty of time at the Lisbon airport to get through both security and passport control. There were significant lines for both. Glad we didn't stop and eat after security because when we went towards our gate area we saw the long line for passport control.

There was no warning that they have added passport control after check in, the line was enormous and after 46 mins wait we missed our flight. Were forced to leave the airport and purchase new tickets at full price to board a later flight. TAP were unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Boarding we were jammed into a hot crowded bus waiting too long while another bus went in front of us. Appreciated blanket and pillow, movie available helped time pass, the food was not appealing so I had my own snacks, the flight is long, but nothing they can do about that. Staff adequate, flight good.

Did not enjoy the meal provided. The aircraft was dirty. For instance, the screen seemed to have been cleaned with a dirty rag. Disgusting.

The person at the checkin was very helpful. We couldn’t check in through the keyosk, but the agent was very helpful.

Great price for really nice seats and the plane and staff were great, only 5-10 minute delays!

Tap was very frustrating in Lisbon. Not enough direction and help. Mixed messages of where we needed to go. Seats were not very comfortable.

Everything went as expected. Luggage arrived at my same destination and nothing disturbed my vacation.

This flight arrived late. We joined well over a thousand of other people waiting to go through customs. Air Portugal has lost my bag. We had to chase down a representative even though we had waited at the baggage claim for well over 1 hour and 35 minutes for baggage to come. No representative was there to explain the delay or to give any direction. After 1 hour and 35 minutes at least four passengers had no baggage to pick up or had a fraction of their baggage. The representative was a young woman who clearly did not have the experience to deal with what was happening. Very disappointing as of course we were dealing with great amount of jet lag and having been up for 24 hours at that point and not being able to have any of the things necessary at home that were contained in the bag was quite upsetting. That instant occurred last night at approximately 11:15 p.m. and as of 12:30 p.m. the next day I have not heard anything from Air Portugal.

Check-in guidance for transfer flight, boarding, in-flight service, seat comfort, etc.

Flight was fine. Second meal ( fish sandwich on hard roll) was awful. My suitcase didn’t make the flight. It had been located, but won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Five days after flight

Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.

Liked. The check-in was pretty quick as they had 5 desks working.

Generally a good experience except for boarding in Naples on the flight back to London. We were all standing around for at least 20 minutes maybe longer as there was no seating.

Seats, WC,sizes for today's generation adults, and if technical problems arise a complimentary coffee, water nice for waiting one hours, the rest is perfect (pilot and cabin crew)

Boarding was smooth and quick. Flight departed on time. Equally evacuation upon landing was from both the front door and the back doors. Bags were on the conveyor belts before I got there. Excellent service.

The terminals are far away, be prepared to walk. Also, You climb stairs to the plane since there are no aero bridges. Boarding was haphazard not in multiple groups, so stand in line early. Hard to find place to stow cabin baggage if you are behind in the line. You can purchase food on the plane. There are vegetarian options.

First -the flight was late - more than two hours Second, not even a bottle of water at bord to give for free for this inconvenience. Three-at landing ive realised that I've lost one of my ear plug headphones and been very desperate to find it with my torch, the crew not helped at all more than that they asked to leave the plane as everyone did before me. This was the last flight from that day- extra 5 min for me with a bit of help from crew - would have bring a super review. I guess this days humanity disappeared!

I got caught using a stolen credit card number. Michelle Siziba is my name Nice to London Gatwick on 7/31/25.

Not happy with price of luggage or that we had no choice but to pay whether cabin or hold. I didn't book seats but this is unnecessary extra money along with suitcase

We accidentally purchased twice the bags we needed. Our fault, but the ticket was not clear to us, and it asked us to purchase bags at checkin. When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.

Flying from Newquay was an absolute dream! Would 100% recommend flights from there!

It would have been better if I was not ill so I didn't go and I didn't come back and I could not transfer my tickets to a later date as Ryanair stop flying from Manchester at the end of October till next year

Passengers next to me insisted I change seats so they could sit together. I had to frequently move so that when the sear belt sign was on I was in my proper seat! I was returning from helping my mum with my dad's things after his sudden death and didn't feel like arguing with the other passengers.

They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful at check in. They did not understand laws related to Spanish residents flying with family It was very discriminatory the way we were treated.

I didn't know that all connecting flights require online check-in two hours in advance, so I was fined 55 euros. This is a lesson learned.

Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.

There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.

It would be nice to have power to charge phone.

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.

Crazy long boarding times, messy, inexperienced, overworked, and visibly tired crew, very uncomfortable seats and no compensation for delays.

I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.

It's useless to complain about the space and the back of the seat, making you sitting vertically like a candle. it's your business model. The "food" - there is no food. But I don't care about the food. It's the seating.

The flight was comfortable and the attendants were readily available and helpful. The food needs to be improved.

Flying on the Boeing 787 from Seattle to London was everything that I expected. Every thing was great.

Seat pitch is not enough to eat comfortably. When seat in front is reclined, your screen comes closer to your face. Ryanair seats are actually more comfortable.

Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.

The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.

The aircraft was okay and the crew were friendly, but the seat space felt too tight and the food could be better. Overall, nice service but room for improvement.

The flat beds. Other than that, the place was not clean.

It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.
