Pros: quick entry - but it was not a full flight!

Pros: Good enough room, and had personal screens to watch movies and TV

Pros: Helpful and Friendly Crew. Did their best to help during the delay. Able to take hand baggage on board (unlike our kid journey when forced to check it in at the gate)

Cons: Sat on plane for an hour waiting to depart, so delayed landing. The BA feel is no different to budget airlines now.

Cons: Takes too long to go through security in Lisbon. Several passengers were left behind. Having to pay for even a glass of water is not acceptable. BA has gone from one of my favorites to just average.

Cons: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Cons: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Pros: Getting off of the plane.

Cons: The boarding time was late as well as take off, when on the plane one of the hostesses was very rude, during take off she was in the back complaining so loud to her colleague about everything and anything, this made it difficult to get some rest as it was a late flight. Upon arrival into Stansted there was only one staircase and everyone had to disembark from the front making this an extremely long wait.

Pros: I appreciate having updates about the flight mid flight.

Cons: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Cons: Top cold inside. 35-40 % of the journey we had turbulences

Cons: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Cons: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience

Cons: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Cons: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Cons: Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers.

Pros: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Cons: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.
