Gate numbers are announced exactly 1 hour before departure time, and gates can close as early as 30 minutes before departure. So, there are about 10 minutes between the time you'll learn your gate number and the time the boarding will start. My wife and I arrived at our gate 30 minutes before departure time, and it was a minute too late: we had to wait for the next flight to Rome. However, TAP staff were very helpful with the flight rebooking.

I had to clear customs, get to a the other side of then airport, go through security again , and take a bus for ten minutes across the tarmac all within the one hour ten minute layover! It was fine but very tight! Plan accordingly!

Very rude person at the boarding desk; flight attendant coughing 3 inches from my face three times- not even covering her mouth; boarding process very unacceptable for older people with stairs to all planes (are you all stuck in the 1960’s?). I am sure that I am not remembering all of the negative things, but I am sure you get the message!

Flight was fine. Second meal ( fish sandwich on hard roll) was awful. My suitcase didn’t make the flight. It had been located, but won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Five days after flight

Boarding experience was awful. TAP claims I did not have check in luggage with tickets. I went 3-4 check in agents until I finally found a helpful kind agent who checked in my luggage with no fees. On top of that our flight was over 2 hours delayed with barely an apology or explanation.

The airport temperature at the airport and on the flight was too warm

Flight being delayed for 35 minutes had me lose the connection to my transport

Was the best airplane ✈️ ever that I never see I will traveling again again with u guys.

Flight from FNC to OBO was cancelled. We were rebooked to Lisbon later in the day. It was inconvenient but it worked out ok in the end.

Terrible flight attendant attitude. Average 3-star hotel employee has better hospitality skills. Business class seats are literally a joke. TAP executives should ride business class in other airlines to develop some rudimentary sense of what business class is.

Very pleasant flight, crew was very nice. The flight was really smooth, big plane. The seats are kind of close together, so comfort was just OK. The boarding process on the way back to New York was a little chaotic. It took a long time. There were no announcements, no loudspeaker just one staff yelling out of instructions and a lot of people crowding in before their term to board. So that could really be improved a lot.

From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.

What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.

I didn't know that all connecting flights require online check-in two hours in advance, so I was fined 55 euros. This is a lesson learned.

There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.

It would be nice to have power to charge phone.

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.

Delayed and changed Multiple times after booking necessitating many. Travel changes ; a bit of an issue

They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined

Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.

Seats are very small, I’m not a big person, but the person beside me was using his seat and half of mine… and this person was a bit gross but not a lot…

The 50 € boarding fees per ticket are completely unjustified. I lost all my savings because I arrived at the counter barely 5 minutes late (2hrs and 55mine before departure). This feels like an unnecessary penalty. It's especially disappointing considering the initial flight was canceled by WizzAir. I expect a partial refund of the 196 € paid for the boarding.

Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.

The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

2 hours delay, very disappointing, at least they didn’t cancel at all as they do often

I miss my flight due to boarding pass won’t load up

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.
