The flight was on time, great value and very helpful crew. This direct flight was the most convenient I ever had coming to Sarajevo over the years. Will definitely use this flight again in the future without hesitation.

Very late to leave, poor communication on expected departure time and when boarding actually started.

Cheap flight but I didn't like the almost one hour delay because of paperwork!!!!

Gate is far at Leeds Bradford Airport. However, as the flight was less than half full, it was calm and not stressful. Great take off and landing. Friendly staff

Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late

It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.

We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us

After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.

I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
