We were faced with cancelled reservations when boarding in Charles De Gaulle. The staff at the desk were amazing and retrieved our reservations and obtained seats for us all the way through Buenos Aires. We are so thankful for the dedication of the staff at the check-in desk and will always consider Lufthansa first when flying worldwide.

Staff on board was cheerful. Airport staff was Ok, but the plane was late and the boarding by zones makes it very stressful because I was in the last zone and therefore wasn’t sure I could get my bag onto the overhead rack. Plane was FILTHY.
The flight to and from Amsterdam was organized and smooth. I had no issues or complaints. Thank you!
Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.
BA once again made it even worse. Crew arrived almost 1 hour late in São Paulo delaying the flight, food (in Business / Club) was simply horrible and our luggages were lost in London. It is just amazing the effort made by BA to irritate and make the life of its frequent flyers miserable ! Congrats BA !
Old plane, very busy and crammed in. Payment device didn’t work so no food/drinks available. Air con was so hot.
My bag was delayed 18hrs going to Budapest and 71 hrs coming back to Chicago, I had a special meal request and they served my meal to some other passenger
LHR is one of the worst designed airports in the world. The need to take busses to planes in other terminals and the need to climb Outdoor stairs to get in the planes adds inordinate stress and time to all travellers. Third world countries have better airports. The British Airways flight and crew are top notch.
The flight from London City Airport is easy and I like the smaller aircraft with only window or aisle seats which have very good legroom and superior seats. Also the beverage service is free.
Service was horrible. Biz class was at economy level attention! One round of drinks, ran out of a meal choice entree - this should never happen in biz class!! Served late! Took away my blanket during a long taxi landing! Couldn’t finish a movie due to screen had to go back sideways! Yet it was still playing! Never flying biz class on BA very disappointed!
The food was awful and little, on the plane there was not space to even move in the aisles, the seats were super close to each other, no confortable at all!
Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.
Boarding great. Didn’t eat or drink so can not comment.
