Price! Which i found out why it was so cheap.

Aircraft disgustingly dirty. On a level that i couldnt open my tray. It was covered in dirt and drink and rubbish. Seats were worse than bus. Arm reat, well they should change the name to elbow rest as you can inly put the ellbow on it. Legroom, its ok for people that they are less than 150cm! As they push the seats close to eachother to get more people in, you find yourself sitting so close to strangers. Person in front of me hit me everytime he moved his armes. Check in was awful. We had to beg to get their attention to ask a question. Girls were so busy chatting. Boarding, so slow. Only one person. He was nice and polite. But process so slow.

The flight was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant! The flight was very smooth hardly any turbulence at all!

I was put in the awkward situation of trying to stuff my handbag in my carry on suitcase because apparently with eastJet you can only bring one bag on not even a small hand bag. Unfortunately my friend had a backpack and could not fit it in her carry on suitcase and we were then charged an additional £45. EasyJet should make it more clear that only one bag is allowed on the flight as many people were not aware of this and everyone had to open their bags and try to stuff everything into one bag. Unsure why this is a rule as most other airlines allow a carry on and a small handbag considering the space by my feet was empty because I had to shove my handbag/purse in my carry on which was stowed in the hold anyways because they did not have enough room for it. My round trip ticket was purchased and in the confirmation it stated that it included one free checked bag. i also went online to reserve a window seat which cost 12.95. When I got to the airport I was told I had to pay 110 for my one checked bag as well as they had moved me to an aisle seat. Basically scammed me out of 122.95. I have complained with ygthe airline and if it is not resolved I will not be flying with them again.

Learning that I shall NEVER fly EasyJet again Cabin crew lent me a pen and were helpful with food, which wasn't bad. But see (3) to the right

DifficultJet 1) At the gate, a surly man insisted overhead lockers were full when they turned out NOT to be when I arrived as almost the last person on the plane. As a result of this misinformation, my bag was put in the hold, delaying me a great deal on arrival in Lisbon. No apology was offered. When I asked for an explanation, he refused to give one and looked pleased that he had not done so. 2) Use of the rudest, clearly untrained and subcontracted ground staff I have ever met. Incredible performance by Menzies Aviation. When I tried to take my correctly sized bag to the cabin, a man about 40 years my junior accosted me. I tried to explain what had happened, and he interrupted me. When I said I would write to Caroline McCall (EasyJet CEO), he immediately told me to do so and arrogantly offered to give me his name. Yet he does not even work for EasyJet, but for Menzies. When I asked him not to tell me what to do, he replied that I was very rude. Yet at no time had I swore or raised my voice. He later repeated, gratuitously, this accusation, in a threatening manner. QUITE EXTRAORDINARY attitude to customer service, the idea that the customer is always right, etc. It appears that passengers are there to do Menzies a favour 3) Mangled English announcements over the intercom. Bored voice, running through information like a racing commentator, so one could not make any of it out. DISGRACEFUL CONDESCENSION TO PASSENGERS

Efficient check in and bag drop. Flight attendants were professional and accommodating.

I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days.

Efficient check in and bag drop. Flight attendants were professional and accommodating.

I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days.

The flight was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant! The flight was very smooth hardly any turbulence at all!

I was put in the awkward situation of trying to stuff my handbag in my carry on suitcase because apparently with eastJet you can only bring one bag on not even a small hand bag. Unfortunately my friend had a backpack and could not fit it in her carry on suitcase and we were then charged an additional £45. EasyJet should make it more clear that only one bag is allowed on the flight as many people were not aware of this and everyone had to open their bags and try to stuff everything into one bag. Unsure why this is a rule as most other airlines allow a carry on and a small handbag considering the space by my feet was empty because I had to shove my handbag/purse in my carry on which was stowed in the hold anyways because they did not have enough room for it. Very disappointed and will never book with EasyJet again.

Price! Which i found out why it was so cheap.

Aircraft disgustingly dirty. On a level that i couldnt open my tray. It was covered in dirt and drink and rubbish. Seats were worse than bus. Arm reat, well they should change the name to elbow rest as you can inly put the ellbow on it. Legroom, its ok for people that they are less than 150cm! As they push the seats close to eachother to get more people in, you find yourself sitting so close to strangers. Person in front of me hit me everytime he moved his armes. Check in was awful. We had to beg to get their attention to ask a question. Girls were so busy chatting. Boarding, so slow. Only one person. He was nice and polite. But process so slow.
