3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.

Good but your male staff should be more appreciative of customers. After all you are making a lot of monies from Nigerians.

Adequate. Served our purpose of getting there safely. Nothing to rave about. Decent value for the amount paid

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

Pros: "It got us to Casablanca. Should have taken a car though"
Cons: "The plane sat on the runway at over 100 F and the A/C was not on. They barely started it once we were in the air"
Pros: "First flight from Nice to Casablanca was delayed 40 minutes out of 120 between flights. Crew assisted me in getting from one to the other. Big bonus: my checked luggage made it to the second flight!"

Pros: "The flight was on time. Luggage was handled well. Coach seats were okay with decent space. I had read some negative reviews but our experience was satisfactory."
