Pros: "The planes took off and landed smoothly"
Cons: "Short connection time - way too short for this size airport. Never book a transfer in Istanbul with less than 2.5 hrs connection time. The airport adherence to covid social distancing rules was a joke. I think it was the worst experience and provoked a lot of stress. The boarding was also chaotic and business class did not board separately. The Meals on board were poor - fish or lamb (smelly) they quickly run out of pasta in business class. This whole experience was bad."
Cons: "The airport is not proper for travels , you need at least 2 hours to finish from the long lines and finding your way to the right location before the immigration and run to the gate if you are in good shape minimum from 10 to 15 minutes"
Pros: "I did add a wheelchair, they just provided it at Dallus airport. During conneting flights they did not take care of my mom. She has orthrytis and was not be able to walk long distance, but no body provide her wheelchair and did not help her to find a gate for her next flight. It was really disappoin"

Cons: "Better communication and assistance with luggage. I was told that my bags would automatically migrate to my new flight the next day, but they didn’t make it, and I am now in the process of finding them."

Cons: "The flight from LAX Ron Istambul was delayed for 2.5h, then the flight from Istanbul to belgrade was delayed by 3.5h. Then we learned that our luggage did not arrive, after waiting for all the bags to come out. This was by far the worst flight we have ever experienced!"

Cons: "On the runway, the crew upgraded a family with two small toddlers. They cried on and off non stop and walked back and forth in business class. I pay for business class so I can have some peace and quiet ! Crew informed everyone that they switch this family seat due to the safety of this family seat. I understand they need seats but crew should upgrade another couple with no toddlers and maybe a star alliance gold member rather than give this family with the toddlers the upgrade. No one wants to pay for business class with 2toddlers crying and up and down aisle ."

Now I have to get more Covid Testing done and that will cost approx. $700 and new plane tickets. JustFly.com's customer service is misleading and deceiving. And they blocked my number."

Cons: "The cabin crew had masks to protect themselves I think against the threat of Coronavirus. We passengers did not have them. It looked awkward. How about if instead of handing out headsets they gave passengers masks?! Overall I enjoy ET."
Cons: "1 hr delay in departure from Lusaka. Plastic cutlery was difficult to eat with. More frequent water/drinks during the flight (or water bottles instead of little cups) would have been appreciated. Movie options were not as great as other airlines."

Cons: "We had to transit in Addis (connecting from Dakar) and the whole experience of going through the Addis airport, getting the voucher for the hotel, and going to the hotel was horrible: it took forever going through immigration and getting a simple stamp on the voucher (the latter an unsafe experience and time consuming, with hundreds of people piled up to get those stamps from just two people, crashing again each other, with no order, no lines). Somewhat there has to be a better way to manage this and make the experience safer and more comfortable to everybody. For instance, just enforcing to stay in line and organizing the lines would have saved everybody a lot of time and effort."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and caused me to miss my connecting flight on another airline that had no other flights that day. As a result of the lack of communication and general lack of professionalism, staff refused to rectify the situation and take responsibility, and I was forced to stay overnight. Worst"
Pros: "The arm rest was dismantled and had a sharp edge of metal which sliced my arm and thumb when I sat down. I was promised a new seat and never delivered. Horrendous."

Boarding is chaotic at best - mob boarding, like sardines on buses to airplane, then long wait till getting on board and loading overhead bins. Should load aircraft from back to front and with clear defined zones! Bathrooms did degrade as the flight progressed unfortunately."

Cons: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."
