Cons: "The plane delayed by 30 minutes, I was rushed past security to wrong plane in Orlando, making me miss my flight, cue multiple times as the airlines "British Airways" and "American Airlines" bickered about who's fault it was. I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA"

Pros: "Crew excellent as always on BA, boarding fine, usual hassle getting to seats with other passengers blocking aisle,but when you choose to sit at the rear and the plane loads the forward seats first it's to be expected. Seats were very comfortable (much better than Virgin Airbus 330) and plenty of legroom. Food was better than on previous flights and drinks service was good - shame they ran out of wine, Bacardi and gin towards the end of the flight though! Liked the automated bag drop at Gatwick, much quicker and plenary of staff in case there were any issues."
Cons: "In-flight entertainment poor. Not enough choice, screens have seen better days too. Virgin do this aspect much better."

Cons: "This route needs a bigger plane. Always packed. Only a few rows of business class. Took off nearly an hour late. Economy on BA is very much a budget airline experience."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour, meaning we arrived at almost midnight and for me and a few other people their electronic boarding passes did not work properly I was refused at the departures gate and told to go to the British airways counter to get a paper boarding pass printed out. I also saw some other people with British airways electronic boarding passes having similar problems."

Pros: "It has to be said, the prices were good. But you do get what you pay for...… (in my case, a lot of extra time and stress)"
Cons: "Firstly Kayak is apparently actually LastMinute.Com? BA flight was OK, but not much different from a low-cost airline. Return leg had to be Ryanair and online check-in didn't work (ouch! - you have to pay extra to check in at the airport). I eventually found out (after frantic googling) that Kayak auto-generates an email address for you as part of the Ryanair booking process, and this is the one you need. I spent about 30 mins getting through to LM.Com overseas helpdesk trying to get hold of it. I also had to request hold baggage as a separate process and it took 10 days to confirm this had been arranged (again, I would have had to pay extra at the airport)."

Pros: "This is a no frills BA flight, but I'd rather do fly with BA than the other options. You have to pay for food and drink, the quality of crew far exceeds the usual low cost dross."

Pros: "Check in staff and Crew are brilliant. Always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some aircraft are a little ‘tired’ and a few things don’t quite work as they should. For example my wife’s headphone socket was broken, and therefore no in flight entertainment. But we managed. It was reported to the crew and they immediately set about recording it for attention at next maintenance and changed our seats, so no complaints there. A few of the entertainment screens are scratched, and the controls faulty. But still usable with a little perseverance."
Cons: "Seat row spacing too close. There is little point of a reclining seat because using it greatly inconveniences the passenger behind."

Cons: "Having to pay for a cup of tea. No issue with BA charging for alcolhol in a 1 hour flight but still think drinks like tea/coffee should be provided free."

Cons: "There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands."

Hardly came round to offer drinks meal was foul and the Sandwick was inedible. I will never fly British airways again I wrongly thought that they were a premier service how wrong was I"

Cons: "late on two occasions first one 20 mins second and the n an hour. Not told why. Then boarding passes had to be reissued with different seats ..whole thing a shambles"

Cons: "Crew was serious, absolutely not happy to smile Genuine smile is really appreciated whenmeeting custimers. Food trolley/ drinks came to customers and before we could react it was gone. When we asked them back they were not very happy looking . Seats we not comfortable."

Cons: "We paid $85 each to have extra leg room - which were horrible seats near the toilet. Which became a gathering area and we were unable to sleep/watch movie in peace. Worst of all was the fact that someone was sick in the toilet (inside and out) the toilet was closed BUT no sign is placed on it so people continue to line up and wait..... unless I told them it was not in use.... this went on for 2 hours!!! A simple sigh on the door was all it needed."

Cons: "Crew behaving like prison guards. Not helpful and friendly, a disgrace. Food catering a joke (peanuts and crips)"

Pros: "Straight forward, free drinks and snacks, OK price. Service onboard at the better end of acceptable but not pushing over into great."
Cons: "They try to make boarding orderly, but they didn't finish boarding the seat numbers they called before calling the next set, and then did nothing when these people killed around and pushed at the front if the queue."

Cons: "Still at Gatwick. 24 hours later"

Cons: "I am so glad the lady in front of me did not recline her seat. My knees was pressed against the seat in front of me during the whole flight. It's really annoying that there is no knee or leg room. Be warned you have to pay for everything on this flight. And a G&T is £10"
