The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
Since I traveled on my birthday, they gave me a gift and a card. How thoughtful and caring.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.
Allow gold card holders (Group 1) to board with their guest like other One World carriers do
Although delayed leaving the crew were lovely, comfort of the seats was excellent. Cabin was a little too warm but overall the best economy flight we have taken
Everything was expected, nothing stands out. The silly practice of only enabling the inflight Wi-Fi after half an hours after take off and switching off within half an hour of landing is puzzling. Why?? It's like there is no technical common sense within Cathay.
The experience was efficient, on time, and provided great service.

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
Just want to do a little more clean up so does not smell like urine.
If I had blood clots, that window seat would've killed me for certain.

As a solo traveller, I always prefer to have an aisle seat, but the flight was so full, there weren’t any available. I understand that the seatbelt sign sometimes has to go on if turbulence is anticipated but after the second food service, it was on continuously for about an hour and a half and there didn’t seem to be any turbulence at all! With seats reclined, my fellow passenger in the aisle seat asleep and the seatbelt sign on I felt very trapped, extremely uncomfortable and in desperate need of the bathroom. The positives were that the staff were very friendly, the entertainment was great and we actually took off on time and arrived in HKG earlier than expected.
From BOS to HK, the crew had pushed me to choose the pasta for meal multiple times. It was a bad experience. Without this, everything was good.
Very comfortable flights. Not so many new releases in terms of films.
