Pros: The Air China crew was exceptional. They made sure wheelchair service was available all of the time without a hitch. They were very compassionate

Cons: I have read many negative things about China eastern and experienced changes and delays with flights from them.. However my flight experiences with them this time was positive. Food is not gourmet, but I am traveling economy.

Pros: Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.
Cons: The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.

Pros: Although we left late, pilot and crew kept us informed on why we were delayed and what was happening.
Pros: The crew was indeed amazing. Food was ok. We had a tight connection and on request there was a Air China employee at the gate who speed processed us through the rather complex Beijing airport and made sure that we reached our connecting flight well in time. The plane was a newish 777-300ER.

Pros: They are OK. I was trying to do on line checkin it was not working. when you wait for any kind of life in Chinese airport I noticed so many Chinese customers were cut in the standing line and all the air plane staff was not care with this. I had to wait so much extra time.
Cons: Our flight was delay for at least 15 hours this time. they didn't have knowledge to do customer service with this kind of case. They had to wait 2 hours at international transfer area every one was very patient with their service. I never buy ticket from Air China again.

Cons: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected
Pros: The crew was easily the WORST I have dealt with. Both on the flight to Abu Dhabi and to NYC. They were rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant. A co passenger was chatting with one of them and she happened to mention that working with people was the worst ever. She’s been with Etihad for 5 years!!!
