They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

The only problem was my connecting flight to Chiang Mai on Hong Kong express that I booked through Cathay Pacific was canceled and I was never told about it. I was rescheduled on a flight 10 hours later. Very long day at rgr airport in Hing Kong after a 13 hour flight but that's OK, I understand things change but I think I should have been told.
