Cons: "The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room."

The seats were uncomfortable and their design made it difficult to stretch your legs out beneath the row in front. It was a 777 and I never find Boeings as comfortable as Airbus. Selection of in flight entertainment was limited and sound quality was poor."

Pros: "I will give 10 out of 10 to Cathay for their excellent service, fast air time, humble crew service and a bonus point for their quality of meals/ food. I am a pure vegetarian & in all my flight the crew made sure that I got the correct food tray & it was not mixed with wrong mean (non veg.) by mistake. Unlike other flight where meal is just an obligation, Cathay made sure that the taste was very nice too. Full points to them. The quality of seats was good & nice leg space as well. The layover was way shortest as compared to other competitor flights. Overall the experiance was very pleasant & I highly recommend Cathay Pacific."

I usually travel with my son who's 3 I been flying many different airlines and I know in every airlines the most annoying is the tiny restroom I don't even want to go in there. 2nd of all Most of the cabin crew are very nice and very polite some aren't when you hit the service button you are expected someone that willing to help not the face like what the heck you want from me??? It's the long flight I understand and I'm exhausted too I just need to see someone willing to help and with a big smile not grumpy face. One last thing is the food. I'm not sure who's think about the menu for kids I'm not sure it is my son or the food But he never touch the food only thing he ate are the dinner roll I hope I can see some change for kid menu pick somethings that most kid like to eat maybe? Pros: "I was on vacation in the Philippines and I was very worried i wouldn't be able to fly back to Portland. I was late to realize that my passport was expiring in less than 6 months. The staff went way beyond in helping me figure out what i need to do. They called a lot of people to make sure i have the right information. They even gave me contact information of the other airline with my connecting flight and advised me to call them to make sure I won't have any problems with boarding with my connecting flight. The service is totally great. I will definitely fly with them again."

Cons: "2 hours late because of mechanical issues. They offered food with no water or juice - later only coffee or tea on a 3 and a half hour flight. Staff was not the friendliest - asked for water twice, was told just a moment but was never brought any. How do you not give people water on flight over 3 hours? I would have even paid for it. I have a history of heart failure and was worried because my ankles were swelling and my legs were tingling. We missed our bus because of the delay, The airline staff in taiwan took all of our travel info and said they would help us book other transport to get where we were going in Cambodia. When we got to Cambodia the check-in desk was closed so info told us to go to the china airlines office - we waited almost an hour and still no one showed up (middle of the afternoon). Had to pay 6x the price to get to Sihanoukville plus we weren't able to get a refund on the bus tickets. Crying, screaming kids in front of us kept standing up on the seats so no one behind them could see the TV - staff said nothing. Terrible experience."

Cons: "Carry on luggage weighed 9 Kg and they told me I had to remove some things. Suitcase was standard carry-on size, fit well into the display frame. I had plenty of room in the two checked in bags but they had already been processed and moved out on the conveyer belt. Never heard of such as small allowance for carry-on luggage, at least on Delta, United and the other airlines I generally fly. My impression was that this rule was not much enforced since I saw many carry-on bags bigger than mine and judging by the effort I saw when people put them overhead, they likely were heavier than mine."
