Our flight out was delayed by a couple of hours and the return flight was delayed at least an hour. It was clear skies, no tusre why. Also, after having paid to check our bag, the bag didn't arrive at our destination because it was removed from the plane, along with 26 others. We didn't get it back for 5 days, just in time for our holiday to be over.

I got a very good price on this flight attendants were very nice transfer between concourses was much faster than the BA flight magazine lead me to expect

the entertainment screen was fuzzy - visual images unclear on video audio selections were good though length of concourse was ridiculous and lining up for boarding was chaotic

The easyjet app is really not good. I only received updates through Kayk app on my phone about delays that were constantly increasing and decreasing in time. At one point, there was a delay for 1.5 hrs, but suddenly, the delay changed to just 30 minutes. If I hadn't of had my other app, I would have never known. Secondly, the easyjet app didn't save the fact that I had checked in. This caused an issue when I wanted to access my boarding pass getting onto the plane. I tried to see it, but the app said my plane had taken off and so I couldn't access it and therefore, wasn't sure of my seat number. Next time, I'd just appreciate a paper boarding pass because the issues that occur on the phone are too numerous.

Aircraft disgustingly dirty. On a level that i couldnt open my tray. It was covered in dirt and drink and rubbish. Seats were worse than bus. Arm reat, well they should change the name to elbow rest as you can inly put the ellbow on it. Legroom, its ok for people that they are less than 150cm! As they push the seats close to eachother to get more people in, you find yourself sitting so close to strangers. Person in front of me hit me everytime he moved his armes. Check in was awful. We had to beg to get their attention to ask a question. Girls were so busy chatting. Boarding, so slow. Only one person. He was nice and polite. But process so slow.

I had booked the Flexiplus service well in advance, when the prices were not too high. Less than 24 hours before the flight I changed my date at no extra charge. The ticket allowed me Fastrack access through the crowded Luton Airport security with minimal delay. For boarding, the gate was well segregated and I was given priority service the moment I arrived. The flight was delayed due to fog and we were kept well informed even after we had boarded. After a further delay due to fog, the cockpit was opened and passengers allowed to show their children the cockpit. The crew were always very polite and welcoming and kept everyone in good spirits. During the flight we were kept informed of progress. The front seats were also a bonus.

From experience and true of this flight too, the Easyjet Plus check in queue is often slower than the other queue. Use the advantage for Security and boarding, but not for check - in !

I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days.

This is a buckle and fine airline. I went to check in online the day before my flight and added a checked bag for each passenger. The website did not work well and it ended up booking 2 bags each and charging me for two each. When I arrived at the airport they said I had not checked on online and had to pay extra for checking in at the airport. I asked for a manager who said there was no record of me going online. That was odd because I booked and paid for my bags online the previous day while I was checking in.they said I had to write a letter to get back my extra baggage fees I was charged in error. I doubt I will ever see that money again.

Price per bag was about equal to the per passenger price. Carryon rules are absurd. People opened cases to put on 4 layers of clothes and backpacks were placed inside other bags. You DO realize the same items ended up on board, right?

Great entertainment and the food was better than the usual

Big negative was switching planes at Heathrow. Heathrow transfer services for people with their own wheelchairs was a horror. At one point we were put on a shuttle bus underscored with no body to help us when we disembarked . Once someone showed up they complained that they had to push wheelchair so far to gate which of course was the furthest distance away.

Great entertainment and the food was better than the usual

Big negative was switching planes at Heathrow. Heathrow transfer services for people with their own wheelchairs was a horror. At one point we were put on a shuttle bus underscored with no body to help us when we disembarked . Once someone showed up they complained that they had to push wheelchair so far to gate which of course was the furthest distance away.

Everyone can has to put liquids and cream into a small bag, which is so unreasonable. All my liquids are less than 100ml, they forced me to throw many things away! I never had any flight experience like this before!
