Plane and flight were fine once we got aboard and underway.

Flight was over an hour late and that was very inconvenient since people were waiting for me. Boarding was disorganized and practically a riot. Airport at Catania changed departure gate 3 times, causing great confusion.

1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!

We were forced to put our carry on luggage in the hold despite the fact that was loads of room in the overhead lockers. This is such a tedious new trend clearly designed to increase stress and anxiety around the boarding process (and extract more cash for priority boarding). Add to that the extra effort they take to seat you separately even when checking in together... unless of course you pay extra. Shame on you.

* LHR T3 departure - appalling terminal * Baggage checked in at BA desk but collected to one side because of baggage belt failure * Captain must have known that 2 containers had not been loaded * Arrival at MRS to eventually find that luggage had not travelled on the flight * Inept handling by ground service partner Avia Partner * Baggage re-flighted on following flight and arrived at MRS at 16:00 with Avia Partners only offering to deliver after 13:00 the following day * BA in-flight service badly let down by ground handling at LHR and MRS

If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!

We were forced to put our carry on luggage in the hold despite the fact that was loads of room in the overhead lockers. This is such a tedious new trend clearly designed to increase stress and anxiety around the boarding process (and extract more cash for priority boarding). Add to that the extra effort they take to seat you separately even when checking in together... unless of course you pay extra. Shame on you.

Efficient check in and bag drop. Flight attendants were professional and accommodating.

I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days.

Plane and flight were fine once we got aboard and underway.

Flight was over an hour late and that was very inconvenient since people were waiting for me. Boarding was disorganized and practically a riot. Airport at Catania changed departure gate 3 times, causing great confusion.

Price! Which i found out why it was so cheap.

Aircraft disgustingly dirty. On a level that i couldnt open my tray. It was covered in dirt and drink and rubbish. Seats were worse than bus. Arm reat, well they should change the name to elbow rest as you can inly put the ellbow on it. Legroom, its ok for people that they are less than 150cm! As they push the seats close to eachother to get more people in, you find yourself sitting so close to strangers. Person in front of me hit me everytime he moved his armes. Check in was awful. We had to beg to get their attention to ask a question. Girls were so busy chatting. Boarding, so slow. Only one person. He was nice and polite. But process so slow.

I find it appalling that there is a charge for seat selection. Please add 10 cents to the price of a ticket and do away with the seat charge. It would buy you loyality.
