There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience
Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!
Would not advise EasyJet for a 5 hour flight…small plane and hence a lot of turbulence. No inflight entertainment so struggle to pass time in cramped seats. We also fell victim to extra charge for our cabin bags, although bag dimensions were ok, but the handle was rigid and slightly fell outside their testing cage!!….never again will we fly with this airline and be party to their scams for making money!
The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .
Seats, WC,sizes for today's generation adults, and if technical problems arise a complimentary coffee, water nice for waiting one hours, the rest is perfect (pilot and cabin crew)
We accidentally purchased twice the bags we needed. Our fault, but the ticket was not clear to us, and it asked us to purchase bags at checkin. When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!

because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat
We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA

Flight was 3h50 and was only provided with a packet of oat cookies and offered a cold drink. Thankfully i'd had breakfast but for a morning flight of that length some sort of breakfast should be included. There were 2 toilets for economy but due to turbulence we couldn't use them until the last 1hr which meant the queue was then huge. Would've been nice to open up the business one for those closest to the front to use.

The flight was on time, great value and very helpful crew. This direct flight was the most convenient I ever had coming to Sarajevo over the years. Will definitely use this flight again in the future without hesitation.
Very late to leave, poor communication on expected departure time and when boarding actually started.

Gate is far at Leeds Bradford Airport. However, as the flight was less than half full, it was calm and not stressful. Great take off and landing. Friendly staff
Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late
It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.
We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us
After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.
I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
Far easier than I expected it to be. Checked in online & had our boarding passes emailed through. Straight through security & boarded on time. No issues.
Great crew. Seats do not recline :( but it is budget so i should have known. Otherwise comfy leather chair. Slight slim chair but again budget so expected. No entertainment do makes journey boring. Recommend packing plenty of snacks and games or download plenty of films and music in your device. Staff excellent. Clean flight. On time.
It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

Taking the bus from the terminal to the plane isn't an easy experience, especially when traveling with an elderly person and have to carry the carry-on bags up the plane stairs.

We missed our connection and they put us in a hotel our luggage didn't get rerouted with us so we arrived with no luggage
The crew was friendly, 5/5 stars. The food was better than ok, 3.5/5 stars. The seats were tight, 3/5 stars. The entertainment was 2/5 stars because of lack of WiFi.
Delay, no announcements, no support to fast track transfer in Casablanca, made the connection despite all but my bag didn’t make it.
