Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Captain gave some nice hotspots to look out for as clear day."
Cons: "Standing for ages before boarding and in plane. Very basic and couldn't print boarding pass before travel. Seemed like a glitch with Aerlingus and I phoned but said they would forward to technical dept. No one got back to me. This caused unnecessary stress due to connections."
Cons: "Poor customer service"
Cons: "Customer interaction is a joke"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Our bags were lost, no apologies (in fact, the phone was put down on me twice), when the bags were returned after 24 hours, one was damaged and had to be replaced at my expense....no chance of a refund. My family and I will NEVER TRAVEL WITH AER LINGUS AGAIN....the worst airline in the world"
Pros: "On a 7 hour flight you want comfort. It was so smooth and easy. Watched movies, read, just relaxed. I've flown with Aer lingus before and it was just as amazing. I will ALWAYS use Are Lingus when I fly to the UK or Ireland and Shannon is a Gem of an airport. Most amazing airport I have ever been to!"
Cons: "All food and beverages had to be bought"
Pros: "Comfort. Ease of travel."
Cons: "Inflight shopping range"
Pros: "Crew helpful and friendly."
Cons: "Announcement could be clearer. Sometimes gabled and indistinct."
Pros: "Such nice people"
Cons: "Flight was about an hour late taking off"
Pros: "Pleasant cabin crew"
Cons: "Disembark down steps at back of plane onto tarmac then carry bags up two flights of steps, tiring and dangerous of falling"
Cons: "While we arrived on time there was no air bridge ready. We had to wait for 15min to connect the air bridge. This was very frustrating and seems to be a common problem as it was also the same scenario on the out bound flight to London which then caused me to miss my transatlantic flight as Aerlingus delayed the flight leaving Dublin plus air bridge problem"
Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "Made me check my carryon bag then it was opened - why - don’t know - and items missing along with my luggage strap. Will NEVER use Aer Lingus again"
Pros: "Waiting ages at another carousel from NY flight meant that I missed the booked flight and had to pay another $60.00. This was efficiently done...but notice about bags being taken off roundabout would help.I thought it was a tour groups's and did not search for my missing bag ...Young woman in the Air linguis Dublin baggage office sweet and patient ...give her a raise."
Cons: "The enormous distance between getting off one plane and trying to get on to another ...some signage confusing re Internal direction to Terminal 2"
Pros: "You lost myluhgage. I have no clean clothes to ware"
Pros: "They were helpful on the ground, though some of the crew were cold on the plane, not unhelpful, but not helpful"
Cons: "I had a changeable ticket but could only do so a 1counter. Missed earlier flight as a result. Terrible service. At Dublin airport going out they let me change at the gate. Bot not in Heathrow."
Pros: "Really comfortable seat"
Cons: "Had to divert to Shannon due to fig. Bussed in FREEZING ancient vehicle to Cork"
Pros: "I like the comfort and reliability of this airline in my experience."
Pros: "Cold air was on for the entire flight, despite it being 4 degrees outside"
Cons: "Broken seats, headphone socket not working, smell of aviation fuel in cabin and then our luggage did not arrive at our final destination."
Cons: "the food was really expensive"
Cons: "First time I flew with Aer Lingus and can't say I will do it again. Didn't realize I was flying across continents in such a small plane. The flight attendants were barely civil; the bin above me housed supplies and on more than one occasion an attendant with visibly wet armpits leaned over me without nary an excuse me."
Cons: "Early boarding.. wondering could this catch me out on another occasion?"
Pros: "On board staff is very nice."
Cons: "Ticket counter agent at SFO placed wrong tag on suitcase. This created lost luggage 4 four days. Boarding gate time posted on boarding pass from DUBto SFO as gate closing at 10:25 am when flight left at 12:30pm. We ran to gate to be told the gate won’t open for boarding until 11:40. While at DUB going to LHR none of the Aer Lingus staff told us we were to go to British Airways terminal until we got to counter. Why couldn’t there be advance notice?Aer Lingus is lame. This was my first & last time I fly Aer Lingus."
Pros: "Ahead of time"
Cons: "Last persons rubbish left in Seat pockets"
Pros: "On time. Reached early"
Cons: "No compliments of drinks"
Cons: "My issue has more to do with after the flight, than the actual flight. My luggage was lost somehow between Heathrow and Shannon. The lack of communication I received from Aer Lingus, and the length of time it took for me to get the luggage was a bit ridiculous. I was never told what happened to the luggage and I was given the timeline to receive my luggage within 24 hours. Well it took over 48 hours to get the luggage. I was given specific timeframes to call the Shannon Airport Aer Lingus luggage desk, which I followed. Had to leave a message every time, and not once was it returned. The only communication I did get was calling the Shannon Airport directly and working with their employees. I could tell they were frustrated with me, which is completely understandable, because they weren't the appropriate people to communicate with. I was just very disappointed in the customer service."
Pros: "Punctuality and cost"
Pros: "Quiet, short"
Pros: "The window seat."
Cons: "No Guiness"
Pros: "I missed the flight, and was put on a scheduled one for the next day. Also, I love the fact that I can do customs before arriving stateside."
Cons: "The air conditioning on board was FREEZING. It took three tries to get a blanket."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Delay at Dublin waiting for plane to get parked"
Cons: "Short flight, so there wasn't any entertainment or food."
Pros: "Ahead of time"
Cons: "A/c was not working and is not the first time that happened on aerlingus....my question is do you do maintenance on aircraft??????"
Pros: "Fast service, kept well apprised of arrival times and such."
Cons: "Small plane but that really can't be helped. Also I didn't get the seats I picked online but that is most likely user error."
Pros: "Over the past week I had the pleasure of flying Britiish Air and codeshare Aer Lingus. I don't fly international that much, but I found that there was more room than I remember. I don't think how have had such a pleasant, eager staff on both airlines. The food was okay, but still better than I expected. It is tough to serve that many people. I would certainly fly BA again."
Cons: "Not much to say here. I am a critical person but I don't think that the crew could have done better. My only complaint...boo hoo, first world problem, my video screen didn't work very well. If it was tilted just right it would work. The free head phones have really poor quality. I had my own. In the end... not a big issue."
Pros: "Flight attendant was delightful."
Pros: "Very comfortable flight even though little floor space."
Cons: "Small seats. Not much legroom."
Cons: "See above"
Cons: "Broken kiosks at airport meant that everyone had to check in at the counter - only problem was there were no Aer Lingus staff anywhere to be found. We, and dozens of other passengers waited 40 min+ before anyone showed up. Then when staff arrived they were oblivious to the huge line that had formed - they carried on their small talk amongst theirselves oblivious to the passengers who had been waiting for a long time to get their boarding pass."
Pros: "I love your airline. First trip with you this week. Clean spacious planes. Friendly and caring staff... noticed great things watching crew help others. Great entertainment options and quality. Food was tasty! Looking forward to my next trip with you."
Cons: "All great!"
Pros: "Everything went surprisingly smooth. Coffee was good, but had to pay for it"
Cons: "Didn't try the food"
Cons: "My only complaint is that my luggage was delayed on my trip out, and that the delivery service did not communicate well. I was expecting a two-hour prompt for delivery, and received a text from the delivery person saying he was at the door. I was having lunch 30 minutes away, and had to hurry up, which affected the best pub meal that I had in London."
Cons: "It was only an hour flight which needed no meal, but a cold drink (not water), free of charge, would have come in appreciated. This comes in very useful (and even necessary) when it is remembered that it was a morning flight which made passengers to leave their houses very early without having time to take breakfast before leaving home. And those who needed assistance with a wheel chair were left at the last point to the boarding of flight as early as 7:00 AM with no opportunity to look around for food."
Pros: "Not much!"
Cons: "Did not like...paying for all drinks. Attendant were not honest when asking them questions. Asked for water never received it. Asking for UNCEF donations. Food was lousy. Movie choices terrible. Music choices terrible."
Pros: "Kindness and sense of humor of flight attendants Pre-clearance - made arrival in Boston MUCH easier"
Cons: "Screen on my TV stopped working - crew was unable to re-boot"
Cons: "No TSA precheck Confusing check-in based on counter location and inexperienced agents."
Cons: "I needed wheelchair assistance due to a back injury. The person that picked me up at the aircraft from London was terrific, l was taken to the terminal and told that another team member would take me to the aircraft. No one showed up until the aircraft was fully boarded, then he left me at the beginning of the ramp instead of wheeling me to the aircraft. I was very disappointed! I was so disappointed I didn’t wait for a pickup at the airport in Amsterdam. I regret it, because I’m in so much pain!"
Cons: "Because of inability to load baggage at LHR we were over an hour late departing. Upon landing in ORD the CSM noted that many bags did not make flight. This is very poor service."
Pros: "Service and staff were great."
Cons: "Food not so good. Storage locker against the side bulkhead was constantly difficult to open."
Cons: "The unpleasant unhelpful staff"
Cons: "always late"
Cons: "Completely messed up departure time, poor maintenance and old aircraft. Grumpy service"
Pros: "Only thing I liked was the travel time to destination as it was the quickest flight due to circumstances and time I needed to travel."
Cons: "I didn't like near enough everything about this flight."
Pros: "Thai airways much better"
Pros: "Quick, smooth flight"
Cons: "Landed over 40 mins ago and still waiting to get off the flight."
Pros: "I did get to Glasgow"
Cons: "Boarding by bus, late, expensive, bag fee, no drink."
Pros: "New plane. Adequate comfortable seating. Relatively punctual."
Cons: "You have to buy even water so it feels like a low cost airline."
Cons: "I think it's a real shame that BA have gone budget and no longer offer complimentary food on their shorter haul flights. At least they're using M&S though."
Pros: "Heathrow T5 bag drop and terminal in general was great as usual."
Cons: "Iberia are a poor codeshare partner. Old plane, tacky interior, and just like BA they make it difficult to get even a glass of water without paying extra."
Pros: "I like the comfort of the BA planes even for such a short hop, efficient service and fast."
Cons: "Shame the service no longer includes a complimentary snack/drink, especially as the prices have not changed. Doesn't encourage brand loyalty, although on that route BA sadly have the monopoly."
Cons: "No food Uncomfortable seats Rude staff Very overpriced"
Pros: "flight crew were very friendly and mostly helpful, except when they could not locate my meal, and i ended up getting about half of what the other diners got."
Cons: "boarding seems intent of creating class divisions. it may be useful for profitability, but it seems quite weird in today's world. food was significantly worse than the food on another flight i had taken the same day, delhi to london. seats are a bit janky and we had problems with the seat ahead reclining too much and not being able to be held upright."
Pros: "Nothing really. Except the general BA at T5 which is fine"
Cons: "Everything about the flight. From low quality, poor breakfast on Club cabin to poor service and no entertainment on the flight. It is not certainly value for money for traveling Club."
Pros: "The crew were fantastic, the seats were spacious but not overly comfortable. Flight was punctual and bags came quickly."
Cons: "Lounge was overcrowded, the plane was very old (the headrest of the man next to me fell off) with no entertainment whatsoever"
Pros: "All perfect !!!"
Pros: "Comfortable seats"
Cons: "Delayed flight. Only accept credit cards on board."
Pros: "Quick flight. Nice crew"
Cons: "The fact that there was no free food and drink on the flight."
Pros: "Flight took off on time and arrived 10 minutes early."
Pros: "Smooth boarding and on time on both flights. Food was decent."
Cons: "(1) Some in-flight entertainment issues which meant it wasn't working for about 30minites. (2) I know the crew have a hard job and have many difficult passengers to deal with. Even so I do find there's a bit too much "attitude" shown by some members of staff. On my flight to London, a mother with a young child wanted hot water and the staff (middle aged British male) was trying to tell her repeatedly she should say "please" when she asks. She was asking politely so this behaviour was rather poor in my view."
Pros: "The aircraft"
Pros: "Cabin staff"
Cons: "Cabin was shoddy. New beverage service!"
Pros: "Food awful no entertainment"
Pros: "The flight was so somth"
Cons: "The crow service was so bad"
Pros: "The payment system was down so it was painful and slow"
Cons: "None of them reminded me of the fact that I need a transit visa for the UK (I mean, isn't it rediculous? I am just staying there for 5 hours). When I called in for cancellation at the airline, they told me to talk to my agent company Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets simply told me that I can't get any money back, and was extremely arrogant and impatient. Later (for a week I was trying to save this ticket by talking to the British Embassy to see if I can get the visa done and they are just "we can't help you") they told me that I can get a refund of like 30 SGD and they promised to send me an e-mail about it. They never ever did. I also tried to change the dates and the handling fee + fair difference was like 1200 SGD (are you joking?) they simply told me, prices fluctuate... Finally I went to the check in counter desperate. The staff even refused to talk to me about my situation because simply, "there is no BA ticket office in Singapore" and told me to call them. I said the office is closed, but they are like, yeah just call them. They swept me off like a moron. Extremely arrogant, impatient, insensitive. I paid 900 SGD for nothing and a whole week of anxiety and regret. I will never take this and I will never use Cheaptickets or Kayak"
Pros: "I received an email cancelling the flight before I left home."
Cons: "Last minute cancellation of the flight by BA meant I was unable to attend the event I was booked on. Have found service has definitely declined on recent BA flights I've travelled on. Check in staff are good though."
Pros: "Staff are excellent, really friendly, respectful service. Food (expensive as always on planes) but excellent quality, really good choice to use M&S as providers. Excellent communication from pilot and cabin staff on delays before takeoff."
Cons: "System for paying by food with Avios points did not work. Plane left almost an hour late due to delays (landed 30 mins late)."
Pros: "Decent seat pitch on the relatively new a320 configuration. Lost my bag for a weekend trip, unapologetic ground handling staff, waited 90 mins to report it and no gesture of goodwill to remedy the situation."
Pros: "We didn't crash."
Cons: "Rude, entitled and lazy employees. Zero recognition of Emerald status. Forced me to check my bag which fit the onboard limits and flew on 3 flights, incl one on BA - on this very same itinerary."
Pros: "We didn't crash."
Cons: "Seat was exactly the same as coach. My vegan meal consisted of 2 tiny plates of fruit and a soggy, egg-free omelet with unflavored tofu and no salt. Disgusting. Staff was snobbish and full of it. No on-board entertainment, no wifi, no reading material except the magazine. Oh they did try to sell me duty free. AVOID."
Pros: "Cabin crew always professional. The cabin was fresh and new."
Cons: "the leg room In club Europe is appalling. No premium feel at all."
Pros: "Food on board was tasty"
Cons: "Priority boarding not clear."
Cons: "Flight delayed over an hour outward, nearly an hour flight back."
Pros: "Crew was supportive and very kind"
Cons: "Big delay due to unanounced gate for boarding. Systems at the airport were not giving the info. It took more than an hour to gather all passengers to the plane, which ended in 1hr 20 min delay."
Pros: "Cleanness and convenience."
Cons: "Seat selection only 24 hours ahead."
Cons: "We sat at the runway for 1 hour"
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding, no extra charge for emergency exit seat, snack and drinks included, modern interior, on time departure and early arrival."
Cons: "People abusing the free drinks and the crew supplying them with them."
Cons: "It took ages to get everyone to board. Arrived in Amsterdam almost an hour later. BA need to either speed up the boarding process or allow earlier boarding time."
Pros: "Only scraped a two as was enough movies to watch."
Pros: "For a reasonably priced flight the comfort and free drink/snack were above average and very much appreciated."
Cons: "BA's online check in let them down though; the server kept crashing. They also wanted to charge £15 to pick one's seat, even at point of check in, a tacky ploy to pad profits. Forgiven on this instance as the flight was only 50 min, but would make me think twice for any longer distances."
Pros: "The seats were quite roomy and very comfortable. The flat bed with cozy duvet was great for actually getting some sleep during such a long flight. The amenity kit with Aromatherapy products was also really nice and I liked that they had separate kits for men and women."
Cons: "I was surprised that the crew didn't offer water proactively as I'm used to that on all long haul flights. I had to go ask several times for water. The meal services seemed quite slow and protracted as well."
Cons: "The seat was little more than a seat in economy as to width, leg room , etc. Really not worth the cost of a business class ticket. Whilst the service was good , the food was mediocre. This was our first [ and possibly last] business class flight with BA and will stick with our usual business class airlines e.g. Qantas, Virgin Atlantic , Delta, Fiji Air, Virgin Australia ,etc."
Pros: "Comfortable seats; good choices of movies and decent food."
Cons: "(1) Water dripping from overhead luggage area during takeoff; we were told it was due to condensation. It was a good amount of water! (2) One of the male staff would not let us stand near the toilet area and not so politely asked that we go back to our seats. It was a long file so to be told you can't stretch your legs is unacceptable."
Pros: "Punctuality, boarding, baggage handling."
Cons: "The space is very limited - almost no knee space and huge boxes under the seats. Crew not very attentive. Sandwich for dinner."
Pros: "The actual flight was fine"
Cons: "The lack of any concern or effort on Iberia's part once in Havana sans luggage was disgraceful. We were without any personal items or medications for SIX DAYS of a cycling holiday, because Iberia failed to answer the phone or deliver the baggage. We were obliged to take a 6.5 hour journey from where we were on day 6 (rural Cuba) to personally collect the baggage from Havana airport ourselves. NOT okay, Iberia/BA. Never again."
Pros: "Bought a seat 3 hours before check in and had a row to myself"
Cons: "Excellent Ryanair flight. 75% full. Very friendly crew."
Cons: "Plane was late as most Ryanair flights in the afternoon are expected to be."
Pros: "While the movies choices were limited and the quality not that great, the price was not large either."
Cons: "Lateness and the waiting in the area to board with about 6 other flights in a small area with confusing announcements"
Pros: "Cheap cheap cheap!"
Cons: "I find it incredibly ridiculous that a flight is half full and I’m deliberately seated away from my husband just so Ryan Air can make an extra £4 per seat. I get that they want to make money but that’s pushing it too far. I sat next to someone who was also traveling with someone else. That lady’s companion came back and told her the seat next to her was empty. By then everyone was already settled in. Is it really worth the £8 for two people? I’m sorry but that’s just petty."
Pros: "All is great. Just tired after a long day...."
Pros: "Airport OK. Efficient service. On time arrival."
Cons: "Gate area bit narrow and clumsy. Walk to plane. Deposit your own bag on large trolley outside plane due to opportunistic charging policy of RyanAir. Seat basic no recline. No seat pockets. No wifi. Still paying £200 return.."
Pros: "we did not receive the boading check in pass even we did an online check in and end up we have to pay 55pounds extra"
Pros: "All good - typical Ryanair - on time , comfortable , good crew , no frills - perfect price"
Cons: "Nothing !"
Pros: "The crew were really friendly and helpful. It was painless, quick, and easy :)"
Pros: "Reasonable seat space, good crew"
Cons: "If we must have random allocated seats and be separated could it be at least boarding on same door. I use my Ryanair app for both of us for check in and it makes boarding chaotic when one is in front and the other at the back"
Pros: "It was very speedy and the crew were helpful, it was value for money."
Pros: "Very unorganized and discretion about what was a carry on bag differed. I was charged an extrodinary fee while others did not."
Cons: "The plane was faulty so we had to change aircrafts and ended up leaving 2.5hours later than scheduled"
Pros: "Cheap and got to Madrid 15 mins early. You get what you pay for."
Cons: "Early Sunday fligh... took 30 mins to queue from motorway to Stansted terminal. If were checking in bag there was a big queue too (I didn't need to). The slowest part was airport security, allow extra 20 minutes at least to get through. Did priority boarding so we didn't queue to board and sat together and had room for our bags (some ended up at feet or in hold)"
Cons: "6 hour delay. 5 euro voucher - that could only buy water. But worse than that was the staff on board. Their rudeness was beyond belief. They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written."
Pros: "The air crew were excellent"
Cons: "Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers"
Cons: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."
Cons: "Allocation of seats saw my wife in 5c and myself in 31d. 31e was vacant."
Pros: "There is nothing to like about flying RyanAir"
Cons: "No legroom, seats are cramped. £100 for 1x 20kg bag and £56 to reserve 2 seats. £2 payment charge in order for me to give them money... No entertainment Delayed inexplicably for an hour on the taxiway - no reason given. There aren't even seat-back pockets. Truly awful flight."
Pros: "Seats were more spacious then expected."
Cons: "When checking in I noticed me and my boyfriend were "randomly allocated" seats 10 rows apart. When I called and enquiried about this I was told that I would have to pay to move the seats even though there were 4 seats available next to my boyfriends allocated seat. This is ridiculous seeing as it was not a separate booking and there were plenty of seats available! On the way back my boyfriend was charged 50 euros for a bag which the flight attendant deemed as oversized even though on the way there it was perfectly fine. Her reasoning was that it would have to be put under the plane... When walking to the plane we saw that most people were asked to leave their hand luggage on the tarmac to be put "under the plane" without being charged so essentially we were ripped off yet again!"
Cons: "Just not nice . I know it is budget but whole experience was nasty"
Pros: "Ryanair compares well with a lot more expensive airlines. It's not perfect by any means but it offers excellent value for money."
Pros: "The flight was on time"
Cons: "The boarding, I had priority boarding pass..I was so confused where to go"
Pros: "Good service to local airports"
Cons: "Left late due to passengers acting like zombies"
Pros: "Friendly and helpful cabin staff"
Cons: "Really cramped seating :-("
Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "Walking through endless sales & loud music to get to airplane"
Pros: "I didn't like anything"
Cons: "Everything is boor"
Pros: "Nothing I can think of."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. This affect our hotel and taxi arrangements severely. Also the baggage collection was extremey slow and painful with a wait of 1-2 hours."
Pros: "Service on time"
Cons: "People next to me"
Pros: "Overall was fine."
Cons: "The chairs are way far be replaced as they are extremely uncomfortable. Thanks anyway and all the best"
Pros: "Ryanair - the carrier for low class English people looking for a cheap holiday in the sun"
Cons: "Gosh, what a horrible airline. To avoid unless the price is dirt cheap."
Pros: "The flight departed on time and the crew were welcoming on board. The aircraft was clean and tidy. The flight en-route was comfortable, but only as we were asked to move to the emergency exits due to a lack of occupancy. The aircraft arrived on time and disembarkation was efficient. Castellon is a small quiet regional airport and a pleasure to fly from and to. There are now some additional facilities being installed (food and drinks outlets) which will make the experience more comfortable."
Cons: "We pre-paid for speedy boarding and fasttrack. Fasttrack was good but speedy boarding was a waste of money as we were boarded via a single queue onto a bus and then transported to the aircraft. On-board service was chaotic with many passengers around us complaining about the hot food. The method of pre-ordering whilst they then serve the cold service went badly wrong and all around us passenger were complaining about not getting their food. Then it would appear they ran out of one food product which left one passenger behind us very upset and they complained. Our food arrived but it was overcooked and they attempted to overcharge us but did not argue when we pointed out their error. On arrival at Castellon whilst waiting for border entry passengers were queuing onto the tarmac prior to having access to the under-cover terminal. It had been raining but had unfortunately stopped. If it were raining this would not be an acceptable situation and one that Ryanair should address with the airport."
Pros: "As per always, Ryanair are cheap, get you to your destination on time with minimal effort."
Pros: "Friendly, calm crew. Luggage collection was speedy."
Cons: "When gate was announced everyone went straight to long queue, with only one person working gate. No sign of anyone to do priority seating, if we had booked it. We had earlier been in a long queue for security, so were feeling, tired & frazzled. Our hand baggage went into the hold instead of on the plane."
Pros: "Punctuality, cheery crew, decent leg room compared to some other airlines, inability to recline seats (great!)."
Cons: "Lack of seat-back pocket in front for book, newspaper etc."
Pros: "Good price, but no food. That's OK"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "small delay. Old plane"
Cons: "early rise for late flight by an hour"
Cons: "When we arrived at eh queue for boarding the line was a bit serpentine since no staff was there to keep straight. This was okay until another group came into the area and then it was a disaster. i went to the desk to seek help and was abruptly told don't worry it will be sorted out. Never was and as a result people who had arrived early then ended up back in the lien and were forced to check carry on luggage. Ryan needs to set up a person at the entry lines as there are up to 7 flights that could be queuing at the same time . Not good"
Pros: "Efficient boarding, very friendly and professional cabin crew. Good landing."
Cons: "The woman working at the boarding desk. Although we were running late the door was still open and she closed it in front of us and did not let us board the plane making us miss the last flight of the day and for the whole weekend. Horrible staff, terrible airline and costumer service is below acceptable"
Cons: "Motor sounds"
Pros: "Ryanair is always and will always be the worst airline ever."
Cons: "Because of how Ryanair works"
Pros: "Cannot complain about the price and allocated seating"
Cons: "Not much food available as advertised Herded into the waiting area before the plane has landed, no seating available there"
Pros: "Comfortable enough that I slept the whole way through the flight. I like the tall seats as they provide moe privacy."
Pros: "Friendly staff, arrived early both ways"
Cons: "No leg room, screaming kids, not as cheap as it needed to be for this hassle"
