Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience
Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.
The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.
Delayed and ketone runway. Was told some nonsense about thunderstorms slowing down flights. Why not just come out and tell customers NATO and BRITISH FORCES were doing defence exercises and were in control of AIR SPACE.
Far easier than I expected it to be. Checked in online & had our boarding passes emailed through. Straight through security & boarded on time. No issues.
Great crew. Seats do not recline :( but it is budget so i should have known. Otherwise comfy leather chair. Slight slim chair but again budget so expected. No entertainment do makes journey boring. Recommend packing plenty of snacks and games or download plenty of films and music in your device. Staff excellent. Clean flight. On time.
It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.
4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
