But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."

It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Even though we arrived with hours to spare we ended up being rushed forward to check in, rushed through security having no time for breakfast as we had planned, onto a plane that then sat on the tarmac for two hours and when it got away no time for a warm meal on board."

Has I had problems with my big luggage I had to use to smaller bags. She said very rudely. "You paid for 1 bag, you will have to pay. Surely whatever the policy is. She could use her common sense and be more understanding as I told her the zip in my bigger bag wouldn't close. The smaller bags didn't even weigh 15 kilos. We then had to pay 38 pounds for absolutely nothing. After we paid She looked at the bags as if she knew she was wrong as they were so small it really didn't justify that amount of money. We payed then she said nothing and angrily told us to speak to customer services and get out of the que as there were more other ppl in line. I will never ever use easyjet again. Will go to British Airways or raynair. Easyjet greed for money is ridiculous."

Pros: "Waiting almost at the aircraft steps, it was frustrating to be told to go back to the lounge as there was a technical problem with the aircraft. easyJet managed to find a replacement aircraft and ended up leaving 40mins late, but arrived only 20min late. Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Cons: "3 hour delay in both directions this week. No announcements made about delay. Gates changed 2x. Poor communication throughout. Email from Ryanair about cancellation/refund options received AFTER flight. Got home at 1 am. Truly horrible experience"

Pros: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."
Cons: "Not a great choice of food for a 3hr plus flight but plenty of alcohol! :("

Cons: "Cost of seat and priority far too expensive, got caught out or wouldn’t have purchased. Flight really cold next to window. Boarding sign went up and our plane had not even arrived. Got everyone standing in lines far too early, my husband can’t stand for long periods, so back was sore before even on flight."

Cons: "Was approached when queing and told my bag was to go in the hold, there were people that had bigger/more bags that were not told this, i understand that if there is not enough room but surely first come first serve, we stood in the que specifically that this would not happen as we were in rush once we landed and did not have time to wait for bags. There were many people behind us that got to take their bag into the cabin."

Cons: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"

Pros: "The smooth landing."
Cons: "The tray tables sloped downwards making everything fall on to your lap. No storage under tray tables. No room for legs. Just a joke. Boarding took ages on tarmac. Staff were casual at best."

Pros: "Everything was great good staff with an exception. Quick and easy boarding"
Cons: "Crew member very abrupt didn't take time to explain that he was doing something just hand gestured to say time out. And when questioned about it no explanation amd didn't listen to my com0laint about his behaviour just brushed me off. Very disappointed. When we landed passport control was very slow and kept us all waiting in the cold. Self scanning machines were not working."

Cons: "This flight was purchased on my behalf and was not chosen by me. Worst commercial flight ive ever been on. I will never spend a penny of my own money on a ryanair flight. Awful"

Pros: "A very cheap flight; we had randomly allocated seats away from each other but as there were few passengers this was not a problem. There was almost a row of seats per passenger so I can't see the benefit of paying to sit together!"

Pros: "Crew tried their best but their capacity were stretched to the max to accommodate us."
Cons: "In Malta airport they only had use of ONE wheelchair/passenger lift vehicle for all flights and we almost missed our flight because the airport team couldn't locate the lift vehicle (PRM). In Edinburgh airport, the lift vehicle got us off the plane ok but didn't have enough wheelchairs or assistants for all those who booked. In the end we were just dumped off by the luggage caramel and had to have the slightly better disabled push the severely disabled out whilst I pushed the luggages. The holiday was fine but the traveling was just terrible due to clear lack of resources and capacity of airport teams"

Cons: "Only one check in desk at the terminal with one member of staff!? Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"

They DO NOT WANT TO HELP AT ALL !! it just seems to me if you are in customer service you should understand that people who travel from other countries are helping with your economy,YOUR JOB, If you don't fit the model move on,find something else to do in your life. Don't make me feel like I owe you,really you owe me a easy time getting through all the troubles of your airline.If some one from the airline reads this you should play under cover and see what i mean ,act as a person who needs help,does not understand your accent .you just really are bad !!"

Pros: "For the price of this ticket the service was really good there are improvements but for the price of the ticket I can't complain at anything"

Cons: "The flight was slightly delayed by the previous flight landing late. Obviously this happens, that's fine, but on landing at stanstead the bags from the hold were not released onto the baggage carousel for over an hour and a half after we landed. This is completely unacceptable and wasn't acknowledged by airport staff for over an hour, with no explanation given at any point."

Cons: "Slow slow slow boarding, took forever. Too many people with big carry on bags that they were unable to stow, holding up the entire aisle. It was an evening flight and the lights were dimmed, but then the crew started blaring loud dance music before selling scratch cards: seriously annoyed the majority of the plane that was sleeping!"

Pros: "Advertised price."
Cons: "Check-in was a nightmare. I was on international travel with no PC, only phone and Ipad. I downloaded their ap on the phone, as they do not have an Ipad version. After tedious set up of account, I went through and completed the check-in procedure the day before the flight. However, when I attempted to download my boarding pass, the ap failed. I went to the airport 3 hours early. No attendant to be found so that problem could be resolved. less than 1.5 hours before the flight time, and after standing in line for 1 agent, I was told I could not be checked in, because I did not have a boarding pass, and I would have to purchase one from a service desk (different airline was providing service). The service agent said the Ryanair ap should have worked, and called them to request a waiver on the charge. They refused. I had to go back to the gate desk in order to check in, and very nearly missed my flight. Never again!"

Cons: "Almost everything : surprise charge for not having printed out a boarding pas before I got to the airport : extortionate fee for checking on one bag : I guess I've been spoiled on other airlines with the privilege of being able to take a bag of luggage. This, together with the penalty for not checking in online more than doubled the cost! : be prepared for a long wait : very disorganized at the airport : they want you to arrive very early. : one of the flight attendants was pretty rude. : the flight was about an hour late : moral of the story is never take luggage on Ryanair : it's only meant for travelers who can keep up with the hidden fee schedule, travel light and who can put up with discomfort."
