"Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable."

Pros: "Crew were very caring. What amazed me from a proposed flight of 1hr 20, was to and from Dublin a flight time of 50mins. Very good."
Cons: "Going with one airline and coming back with Ryanair meant I could only get my boarding pass 2days before flight, rather than the beginning of the whole trip. I tried 6x's on my mph to no avail, day before, got it on a desktop on last day."

Cons: "Be careful with the bag. They didn't accept my carry on despite I paid for it, saying it was to big. When trying to pay they told me that only with EUROS. Didn't accept neither my credit cards (they accept only Europe issued CC) not USD. I couldn't retrieve money from an ATM either."

Cons: "I paid for extra legroom in row 2?There isn't any and to radd insult to injury the person next to me had been allocated his seat without paying any more than the basic fare.I spent most of the flight in a vacant standard seat which gave me more leg room than than that which I had paid for.It was a total ripoff."

Cons: "Flight was late. But yet we started boarding right away. The crew made everyone stand in the gate entry for over 40 minutes. We then were put on hot buses with no a/c and left to sit there as well."

Cons: "I paid for a seat specifically because I saw that there was one with an empty seat next to it but after settling down with another passenger in the outside seat and a space next to me, suddenly everybody was moved around and I got a very young boy sitting on the outside seat. Needless to say his parents weren't happy so his father moved down and sat next to me. So no more elbow room for me and I can't believe that young children are sat next to complete strangers with their parents at the other end of the plane. What if I had been a weirdo? Could you please arrange for me to be reimbursed for the price I paid for this seat. Don't get me started on boarding. Why did we have to stand in line for so long when the plane was obviously not ready for us. Passengers are people, not cattle."

Cons: "the checked bags is a little expensive. 30 British pounds for one bag up to 20 kgs is a bit much. I would dare to say that hinders travelers that are planning on visiting Ireland as well as Great Britain. In Great Britain you can travel by train for less money and free bags, plus a lot less security and delays."

Cons: "I really didn't appreciate the long lines to get our visas checked, the disorganised boarding, our flight being 30 minutes late, and getting nickel-and-dimed to death with every little thing. I had to print my boarding pass or face a 50€/£ fee, but I couldn't print one for my return flight because it was more than 48 hrs prior unless I reserved seats so I paid money to avoid paying a made up fee. The money you think you save on Ryanair isn't worth the hassel. Never again."

When we landed the luggage when to a band that where not in the same building and they took around a half hour to help us out. We have to walk for like 10 minutes"

Cons: "We have been here 2 weeks and bought lots of things here in Portugal, we were overweight, had to pay extra! Most baggage was carryon on the entire flight, maybe some leeway for supporting the economy since we had to pay for the baggage to be put on."

Cons: "I purchased priority boarding for nothing. There was no such thing at the gate. Boarding was chaotic."

Cons: "No reminder was sent prior tothe flight to remind us that online check in was mandatory. Never did Ryanair inform us that failure to comply is subject to a substantial monetary penalty. In our case the charge for not checking in online represented about three times the original ticket price! Long lines at the gate, long lines outside, no jet bridge, and forced to check carry on luggage. This was our first and LAST Ryanair flight."

Pros: "The plane cabin is designed clean and modern. Found having no seat bag a little bit surprised first, but eventually the change (as to other airlines) leaves more space in the foot area. By the way, even though London Stansted is somewhat farther away, it is new, versatile."
Cons: "Too small of Stockholm Skavsta is too small with not even enough seats, which makes travellers really miserable."

Cons: "I booked my ticket while on vacation in Greece, 3-days prior to departure. Upon booking, I was informed that I should print my boarding pass upon arrival at JMK. When I arrived at JMK, there were no Ryan Air self Serv kiosks so I had to go to the check in counter. After awaiting in line, the staff was very rude in telling me that I needed to go to another terminal and pay SkyServ 18,6€ to print a paper boarding pass. Then, they gave me a receipt at SkyServ and I had to stand in line again and deal with rude staff again to pick up my paper boarding pass. The fuel per passenger cost less for the short JMK to ATH flight than the cost of printing my paper boarding pass. Should I start packing a printer in my luggage?"

Cons: "Outward trip was delayed by approx 1 hour. Without any announcements or information. The return flight was just as bad, rushing everyone through to the gate waiting area just to be left sitting there for an extra hour."
