Pros: "Flight and plan where great."
Cons: "Stewardess was very rude and un please y with all customers. Didn’t feel like she wanted to be on the flight. Her attitude was the main problem."

Pros: "The crew was friendly. The airline brought out some snacks for the passengers after an hour or so."
Cons: "There was a mechanical failure. We all had to deplane. The flight was delayed longer than the travel time to the destination."

Cons: "Again, I paid for extra legroom when I purchased seats for a British airways flight and at check in I was rerouted to an American Airlines flight. The seats were the same in the entire aircraft except for first class. I want a refund!"

All due to late flight crew from weather elsewhere, having them being taken offline because of long hours, trying to find new people, having a jetway break. Having to sit on a plane in the terminal for more than an hour with no air and stifling heat, taken off the plane and back on. All for a non-stop flight from Boston to LA. Definitely not fun."

Cons: "Return flight - The flight departed 4 hours late. The seating was so cramped my husband couldn't move his legs at all, never mind try to sleep. The staff members were not smart in appearance, some with long untidy hair, and did not interact with passengers except to hand out food. The food was reasonable. We disembarked feeling like wrecks. Score 2.0"

Cons: "Food was worse than prison food. It was a full flight and my entertainment screen did not work for half the flight from phl to man. Several times i was told its bein reset over the hours. Every other screen seemed to be working. I paid $1600 for this flight as it was booked a week beforhand as my mother got really sick and needed to be here. Honestly, never again. Over priced,horrible food and no workin tv. Expect more for the price. Will be my last time using them after years of doin so"

Cons: "I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!"

I should get a refund on that extra money I paid for those seats that we did not get. Also, I booked British Air and was put on American Airlines. I sure hope the seats home are what we chose and paid extra for. So disappointed. Feels a bit like fraud to pay extra for something and not receive it."

Pros: "It’s been a while since I’ve flown American, but the aircraft was updated with a solid multimedia system, great moving map, and a standard power plug and USB port at every seat. That’s more than I expected, and was quite happy. Service was solid—no complaints."
Cons: "Good & bad — flight arrived late, but the honestly, the pilots did their level best to make up the time and managed to arrive w/in 4 minutes of the scheduled arrival. Well done."

Cons: "Flight delayed by over hour. Desk crew could have been there to help us make decisions but were not. There was no one to ask about connecting flight gates. When we got off in philly there was someone to give directions to connecting flights. That was too little too late . If we had not on our own looked up connection gate and map of the airport andwould have had to stand in line to ask we would have missed our international connection."

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Cons: "Planes were identified to have mechanical or electrical issues after leaving the gate for flight from Philldelphia and to Philadelphia. Things were ultimately fixed but with significant delays. Crew as very accommodating during this time however."

I asked if there was a spare pillow because I had a bad back and needed lumbar support. Also we paid a lot extra to book our seats and I could really not see why. I assume it was for the pleasure of sitting together!"
