Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.
Food and crew were superb. I flu with a 777 which has old TV screens. Although the movie selection was very good, screen was not sharp enough to wacht a movie
Worst of the 3 flights so far. Food was not good, wasn’t ask my choice. Airplane was the A320 which was not as nice as the 787. Left and arrived late.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.
I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"

Stewardess was not attentive at all asked for a bottle of water never came by 15 minutes later I asked her she said that she forgot there was only 12 people in first class and two stewardess unacceptable I ordered the fish was the last person to order. They said that they did not have any had to have a different item pasta at the inside of it because I was diabetic. Worst experience I ever had will never travel this airline again.
It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.

The boarding procedure got confusing because they wanted to weigh everyone’s carry-on. Apparently mine was 3 1/2 kg over their limit. I didn’t know they had a limit. And at the check-in desk, nothing was said about this. They wanted me to check the carry-on at no charge and that would have been fine except then they told me at my connection in London I would have to go outside to baggage claim retrieve my bag, and then recheck it. In other words, they could not check it to my final destination, only to London. I told him this was unacceptable so after a few minutes of discussion, they came back and said that my bag would be OK to carry on the plane. It seems that if you have a connection then the weight is not as important. Then when I actually went to board the boarding agent said I needed a tag indicating that my bag had been weighed, even though she had just five minutes ago talked to the same person who cleared me. Lots of confusion seems like a very bad process. They need to improve this.

Come on. A two hour, 7am flight and a small bottle of water and a tiny chocolate bar was provided. No coffee, no nothing. Poor.
Both flights were delayed over 1 hour. And I had to pay for seats, even though my reservation supposedly included free seat selection.

The entertainment is pretty boring. There are no new movies or TV shows from February. The food is just ok on the Atlanta to Frankfurt leg, but better on the Fra to Bengaluru leg.
The United flight was excellent! The flight attendants were attentive and nice, and the food was very good! And the glasses are larger than on Lufthansa flights! I don’t want to have to ask for 15 glasses of water because their glasses are ridiculously small!
We had a 1 1/2 hour delay before we left Denver. When we arrive to Frankfort, they didn’t announce that people with connecting flights to exit the plane first. My next flight was already boarding when we we taxiing in to the gate. I waited another 10 minutes to get off the plane. I had to run to catch my next flight. I mean run! I made it with one minute to spare, but my luggage did not. My luggage came two hours later on a different flight.
Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
