Latam wouldn’t tell me how much checked luggage would until I was at the airport and they charged me the highest price possible. Besides that, it was okay.
The assistance we received and the flight itself was wonderful. We will fly with LATAM airlines again, in the future.
Poor handling of carry on luggage. We had a 8 hour stop in Santiago, are over 70 and, in spite of paying full fare they wanted to send carry on to luggage hold. No empathy. We had to show that several group 4/5 passengers were not sending their carry ons before they finally let Is keep them. Very poor .
We departed and landed on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, the crew were lovely. Online checkin worked well and the self service bag drop at the airport worked well. The a/c was an Airbus A330 and has been fitted with a good entertainment system with lots of choice in many languages. The price I paid for the flight was competitive with other airlines apart from the budget carriers, none of whom I was familiar with so I stuck to an airline I have used in previous visits to South America.
I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.
It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .
The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.
I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go
It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.
I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing
All good but my bag was retained at entrance and not put under the plane. I had to wait until everybody left to get it though I had a business ticket. Bad luck but also bad planning. Thy should have unloaded my bag before letting people out.
Very cheap airline, not worth the price. And they almost lost my luggage at JFK during a direct flight. I can't believe I paid that much money for a horrible 'premium economy' flight. Just fly economy on the cheapest end; premium economy is no different. Very very poor.
All four segments of my trip on Iberia were late for various reasons. No apparent effort to stay on schedule. Never flying Iberia again.
The flight from Madrid to Boston was awful. Without prior warning, I was seated in the row in front of an exit row where my seat did not recline. The person in front of me reclined, reducing my already tiny space further. This was the WORST flight I've ever had.
Overall it was okay. Just the lost baggage and how they are handling it
Puddle-hopper. Quick-ish flight. Don’t expect to have much/any in-flight entertainment (movies/TV, etc).
Worst flight I ever experienced, what was supposed to a 7 hour flight ended being 13 hours on a plane with no ac and the worst cabin I have ever seen. Never again.
Horrible seat at the back. Crew was very kind. Packed plane. Wordy pilot bragging about Iberia being punctual when many of us came from Alicante flight that was delayed an hour and many lost connection and we lost our luggage. Still waiting for it
Excellent plane, 787. Very good seat and additional stuff they provide. Good food. Very good staff.
Excellent except WiFi is a Must on Biz class 10 hour flight ! Didn’t work entire flight. SW doesn’t do that.
