Pros: Arrived on time and smooth flight though it was completely full
Pros: Loved the new aircrafts, the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. We landed 40 mins earlier than expected, the captain really sped the whole way and I didn't feel a thing!! The landing didn't even feel as though we were speeding...one of the best flights I've ever had (Jessica England) thank you!
Cons: Food options, early morning flights I get you're not going to have real food, but can there be an option to purchase a bagel with cream cheese or croissant, something other than a snack box. I understand the flight is under 3 hours so certain foods aren't available but Delta you upgraded everything else. I enjoy the Tapas box for those that are vegan, kosher, gluten free, etc....PS-the bathrooms are smaller
Cons: No food on board and we were hungry
Pros: The crew was nice, the flight was so short, there was little interaction with them.
Cons: Boarding was a disaster, people didn’t have seats which caused a delay in boarding. It was a mess. The seats were uncomfortable and too small. I know it’s a short flight but it was just too tight in there. The flight was delayed and the communication was all over; the time was constantly changin
Pros: The check in counter personnel was VERY UNHELPFUL. I was running late to previous Delta flight baggage delay. The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train.
Cons: The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!
Pros: I was with Japan airline and they were amazing crew and amazing service with very good food
Cons: The seats and entertainment could have been better
Cons: The leg room for seats were horrible especially anyone passed 5 ft 7in.
Pros: Great crew. Falafel meal was delish.
Cons: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.
Pros: First Class Food (Dinner was short rib) was better than most flights. Pilot was very friendly and personable with his in-flight communications.
Cons: Departure was delayed due to late arrival of aircraft; boarding gate was changed at PHX from A21 to B27 where there is no Admirals Club.
Cons: Flight was extensively delayed and had to remain inside the plane.
Pros: Crew were great.
Cons: We had premium economy seats and they were hard as rocks and there was nowhere to stow our personal items since we were just behind the wall to first class. It was an extremely uncomfortable flight. Bring your own seat cushions.
Pros: Efficient boarding and on time service from ORD to LHR
Pros: The crew was amazing! Very nice, professional, courteous. Couldn’t have asked for better. I also enjoyed having wifi for viewing your movies in contrast to screens behind the seats.
Cons: A variety of bag of chips in contrast with pretzel sticks.

Cons: Flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Maintenance - While I understand that these things happen to tell the passengers that maintenance crew "can't find a screw" to fix some panelling on the plane seems rediculous. Then further delay the flight because the wrong luggage was loaded?
Pros: If the food is offered free as part of the fare. The food is roughly $12.00 or whatever price. That should have been added to the fare we are paying for the flught.
Cons: Rudest employees ever and a serious incident. Never flying United again

Cons: The gates were backed up due to cancellations and weather. Missed flights, lost luggage and some very angry people.
Pros: the flight attendant was a little snippy with a couple of the passengers
Cons: need to change up the snacks a bit. Maybe offer 2 options? And they are so tiny
