The food was mediocre, at best, but at least the cocktails were not an upcharge. Enough alcohol can make just about any food palatable."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Soon it was all about air traffic control. said that FlightConnections would be working on flights for this with missed connections. not true - nothing done while we were flying, and landed"
Pros: "The landig was the best I have ever experienced in 20 years of travels, I was then informed that the pilot was a woman :) great to see more female pilots around"

Cons: "This was a connecting flight and they should allow extra time when changing terminals. 2 hours was BARELY enough with 2 20 minute bus rides and a huge line at security, to top it off, 1/4 mile of moving walkway was shut down for no apparent reason. These are Heathrow issues, not really BA issues."

Cons: "There should be an attendant at the entrance to the boarding area. Too many people try to line up and to into the queue before they need to. Either they don't understand the language or the procedures. There should be people walking around to answer questions on boarding procedures or better announcements in several languages. the Asians were extremely confused as were the Germans we encountered. They never announced for people with disabilities to get ahead of others. It was a big "casino" as the Italians say when everyone charges the boarding area. People could be put in groups according to where their seating is, making it easier for all."

Cons: "1. It was raining in Milan when I departed. Clearly my checked suitcase was exposed to major rain because several layers of clothes were very wet when I got home. 2. I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra. 3. I was shocked that I couldn't get a glass of water without paying for it!!!!"
Pros: "I had an entire row to myself, the flight was on time, and the crew was great. The views of the Alps below were entertainment enough."

Cons: "It is a shame that British airways now sell food and drinks. It feels like you are travelling with Ryan Air or Easyjet."
Pros: "Although there were some problems with the arrival of the flight into Gatwick, the captain came along the cabin explaining the difficulties and offering his sincerest apologies (although it was not his fault, nor the fault of BA). This was truly a British response to something like this. Also, I paid for a seat with extra legroom and the space I had was massive - well worth the investment for a 12+ hour flight."
Cons: "Boarding was chaotic in Lima. It really can't be that hard to organize different lines for different parts of the plane."

Cons: "No leg room at all. Felt like a sardine in a can. Not even water is free. Staff were horribly inefficient with the snack cart They finished 15 minutes before landing on a 2 hour flight!"

Cons: "Checkin staff , who don't appear tombs BA but from another airline working on behalf of BA, apparently punted a problem they knew would take much effort to resolve to the BA agents at Heathrow"

Pros: "Because of a sudden mobility problem, for the first time ever I requested mobility assistance. I assume your personnel providing this assistance are some of your lower paid. Their assistance in Bangkok, London and Manchester was fantastic; I wish I had recorded the names of each helper so I could praise them individually. They smoothly got us through check-in procedures, delivered us to boarding gates. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to them. They made what might have been an unbearable trip totally trouble free. Thank you all."

Cons: "My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it."
Cons: "I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin."

Cons: "Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."

Cons: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"
Cons: "I wanted to delay my flight back to the UK as my mother is gravely ill with final throes of cancer and when my wife called was told that a voucher could be given as the return date could not be decided. When I called I was told flatly that I needed a doctor's note to get a voucher which I think is awful customer service and shows no compassion or business judgement. This has made me think twice before using easyJet again."

Cons: "They charge for bags, first flight was overbooked so we almost didn't get on, the people at the gate had no interest in being even somewhat sympathetic. It would be nice if at some point during the check in process or ticket buying process were told that we can only bring one carry on so my girlfriend and I aren't scrambling to fit everything into one bag outside the gate. Also the crew took our coats from us when we had them on our seat because they said they needed to stow them, which makes no sense. I would not and will not recommend easyjet to anyone."
