Pros: We arrived safely
Cons: Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.
Cons: Uncomfortable and small space for the travelers
Pros: It was just a stress and hassle free experience.

Pros: because of the cancellation the night before I was expecting chaos. But everyone was friendly and in great spirits. No issues. Way to keep it kool!
Pros: This was a horrible experience from the onsite until the landing.
Cons: Better communication from the beginning and feedback about what was actually going on would have been helpful.

Pros: I liked the lounge.
Cons: The boarding process could've been better (no excess of gate changes, overbooking the flight, and kicking people out of their seats). Additionally, the food on board could've been better. My chicken was not chicken and lastly the airline's hard product could've been better, no IFE is a big no-no.
Pros: Seats were comfortable
Cons: Flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Maintenance - While I understand that these things happen to tell the passengers that maintenance crew "can't find a screw" to fix some panelling on the plane seems rediculous. Then further delay the flight because the wrong luggage was loaded?
Pros: There is nothing to like about Air Canada's Rouge service. Their sardine seat layouts are amongst the worst in the industry.
Cons: 1. Seat comfort. 2. On-time departure. 3. Boarding Procedures. 4. Pre-boarding announcements.
Pros: The aircraft was new
Cons: The seats are horrible for long flights - they give you deep vein thrombosis as it digs into your hamstrings/thighs over time
Pros: good entertainment system
Cons: they boarded zones 3, then 4, then 5.. utter chaos. When I asked a male flight attendant the premise for this he was rude and aggressive. My wife phoned CA to book a gluten free meal the day before. The process was so complex she gave up. 9 hours no food. I was reminded again why I hate this airline
Cons: Food could be improved!
Pros: Friendly crew in business class.
Pros: Considering the thousands of passengers who saw their flights cancelled because of the grounded 737 Max’s the fact that I was on hold for only 30 minutes and then got rerouted for the next day is amazing! Thank you Air Canada.
