It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley

Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
The intettainme is old stuff and difficult to get by WiFi and the chair is not comfortable at all although the staff were excellent but beyond their limited
Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.

Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.
It was OK as the seat which we paid for doesn’t have any window. We paid $120 for 3 seats but it’s for nothing. Crew could not help. None of the ports worked so all our phones went dry
I had a terrible experience checking in at the airport for my flight. I booked my ticket initially through Kayak while it was promoted as a ticket that offers a carry on and 2 suit cases. (I have a screen shot as a proof of it) I selected it to buy three tickets and paid online. Couple of minutes later airfare assist which is the OTA offering the ticket called me saying My card declined. So I used a different card that went through. I was surprised that they increased the price ticket by a $167. They said the ticket no longer exists and because my card declined I had to buy a new one. So I did. The day my family and I were traveling I could not check in and when I went to the airport I was shocked to be told my ticket had no bags allowed and must pay $200 per bag for three people 6 bags mean I have to pay $1200. I called the travel agency as I feel I was scammed the confirmation didn’t say anything about the bags and they never told me the new ticket doesn’t not include any bag so they changed it after I selected it on your app without informing me. Very sneaky. The travel agency said they will reimburse me only for one bag person. Which means I still paid $600 I still feel very disappointed to pay such an expense. I have always used Kayak to buy my flight tickets and telling everyone how good your rates and app are however after this I feel I was mislead and paid more for something I should not have to. You allowing such an agency on your platform will surely hurt your reputation and level of integrity. I have all the proofs from the screen shot to the confirmation email from them, the or email offering to reimburse o e bag per person and the $1200 bag fees receipts that I paid on the desk. Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

I loved and appreciated the agent at the check in counter in Amman. He was very professional and helpful. I believe his name was Lawrence. All I saw from him were smiles after smiles after smile. Very kind and professional. Overall trip was comfortable and pleasant.
The economy seat was so uncomfortable, had not enough leg room for 13 hours flight, front seat basket was broken and couldn’t hold anything, food quality was horrible( we got food poisoned ) we charged for logged which used to be free. We paid too much for this flight and very disappointed. Turkish air line better to make satisfy and respect people instead of find different way to scam people.
It was an old airline with the old configuration of business class seats. Not really what we signed up for for the longest leg of the trip. Disappointing.

My wife and 7 months old baby had a terrible experience traveling, we paid extra for bassinet they didn’t provided.she missed her flight due to late landing of the flight, they were unsupportive to my family due to that my wife and kid suffered a lot.
The in flight entertainment was very good but unfortunately I feel they could have been more attentive to the customer. This is saw on all my Turkish airlines flights , besides dinner service you never really saw the attendants.

I also always enjoy Turkish Airlines food because it’s flavorful, fresh (like salads and very delicious bread ) and has special things like olives, dates… I loved that bean salad and apricot pie. The Etickets had been changed (Why?) without notice ; Hence, that caused troubles when checking in. Not until I contacted my ticket agent and was given correct Etickets could I then check in.
One of the best flights I have been on in a while.
The 50 € boarding fees per ticket are completely unjustified. I lost all my savings because I arrived at the counter barely 5 minutes late (2hrs and 55mine before departure). This feels like an unnecessary penalty. It's especially disappointing considering the initial flight was canceled by WizzAir. I expect a partial refund of the 196 € paid for the boarding.

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.

When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Boarding was chaotic and poorly managed—we were left standing in the heat for 30–45 minutes with no explanation or apology. As a business class passenger, I was shocked when a staff member rudely refused to let me board after I questioned why I had to check in my carry-on, which contained valuables. Despite explaining my concerns, he remained unreasonably inflexible. Thankfully, the captain intervened and retrieved my bag personally. This same staff member was also loud and disrespectful to several other passengers. Completely unacceptable service.
Awful. Seats on this Dreamliner really uncomfortable with broken tables. No food selection availability in business class. Poor service. No engagement senior flight attendant spent more time applying make up then speaking to her guests. Flights were okay. Not bad, not good. On time and efficient. Planes are a bit old and run down, even the 787... Casablanca airport, HORRIBLE. no air conditioning, no power outlets, no clear signs to anywhere, old, unfriendly, no restaurants to speak of. Casablanca lounge, HORRIFIC No seats available most of the time, no power outlets working, no food, only water is offered, 1 shower available, unfriendly and inneficient people, no air conditioning, flies and bugs everywhere, extremely old seats and unconfortable. Although with some cleaning crew present, toilettes are .... not too clean.

When the flight landed, it was still going towards the gate, when everybody got up. Nobody cared that the flight was still in "active taxi" mode. But seems like this is common on Air Maroc flights.

This is the worst seat that I ever sat on. The length and width are great but Super uncomfortable. We felt like sitting on marble.
