Give yourself over 2+ hours layover because if flight is slighlty delayed and you miss your connection, Lufthansa will do nothing for you

We would have missed our connection from Munich to Boston but we had a van outside the plan that wisked us to our terminal. Much appreciated and we didn’t even realize that Lufthansa had done this until the announcement on disembarkation. Well organized airline! Will definitely fly Lufthansa again!!!

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.

I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.

Welp - they boarded us appropriately...then had us sit on the plane for over two hours before cancelling the flight...which meant another night in Munich. I probably had it a little better than most as over 500 people had to be accommodated/re-booked etc. The next day I boarded the same flight (for which I had now been ticketed 3 straight days) and - with "only" an hour delay, managed to finally get home over 2 days later than scheduled. I haven't flown Lufthansa to Europe in years...and I won't be looking to do so again in the future. To be clear, though, the people I interacted with - flight crew, Service Center, check-in were all professional and courteous - management is clearly to blame for their lack of communication and unpreparedness for when things go wrong.

Seat very cramped, could not recline. No cheese with meal. Staff very helpful.

Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime

Food was terrible. They ran out of options and gave me a bland undercooked pasta and veggies. Only middle seat was available to select although I paid extra. Baggage delayed at destination. Flight attendants not really helpful.

One one boarding scanner was working to scan 400+ passengers to an Airbus 380. Food in premium economy was mediocre.
