£356 Find Cheap Flights from Natal to the United Kingdom – Compare and Save

On both flights, TAP Air Portugal messed up the seating choices that I paid for. They acknowledged that I had purchased seating, that they were errant in ensuring my choices, but told me nothing could be done about it. When I asked to be refunded, I was directed to "talk to someone from Air Portugal" Mon-Friday, and then I was dismissed. No help, no phone number provided to me. I was very annoyed both times and feel cheated.

The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.

It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.

They left our luggage uncovered on tarmac in pouring rain during an hour delay of departure! At our final destination, we found ALL OF OUR CLOTHES/SHOES soaked all the way through!! Our 1st connection plane was a great business class accommodation but only 50 minutes long. Our 2nd connection from Lisbon (another delay with luggage uncovered on tarmac) had only the extra legroom and mediocre food in business class - no entertainment and no extra comfort seating. Will not use TAP Air Portugal again!

The food left a lot to be desired. The crew was great

They allowed me to book the flight, which took quite an effort to find the best option for us, and then 2 months later, cancelled it because they didn't think 90 minutes was enough time to get between connections. Why let me book the flight in the first place? I am somewhat disappointed in Kayak and will be choosing other options in the future

The ground staff did not load my bag onto the plane and despite me watching from the bus that my bag is not being loaded and taken back on the cart to the terminal, I pointed out to the staff and ge laughed upon checking my tag and knowing they made a mistake. Instead of calling the cart back and loading it he said we can’t fo anything and you should file a report upon landing at RAK. I told them my stay there is short and i needed my bag as it had everything I needed but no avail. Even the pilot was informed, staff of the plane was aware but all in don’t care mode. Upon arriving at Marrakech RAK, i filed a report and being told it might come in next flight tomorrow and we don’t provide delivery service, you must come and pick it up. If it doesn’t arrive on time then it will be sent to your home in the US. Unbelievable stress and inconvenience that could have been easily prevented by the ground staff.

Booked business with TAP from LAX to Cabo Verde - overall ok, but just doesn’t feel like business class. More of a budget airline

I was disappointed of the crew, not friendly and attentive. Delay one way for fuel leakage and the plane is so hot. Not that great all around but I’m glad I experienced it so now know better.
